Once upon a time there were four funk brothers from Cheshire named Mama Jam.
As they live in this far away land cramped in a garden shed spending every moment refining their distinctive blend of slick, retro Funk vibes overpowered by a reckless Rock n' Roll punch, the wintry nights gathered them round the fire of cheap whiskey and larger devoting them to driving their distinctive sound to higher grounds. Mama Jam have become the town's most notorious, longest standing and only diverse Funk band, having spread their sound across the North-West of England, as they are now on the hunt to break free from the same locations.
 So far they've been blamed for blowing the roofs off venues in Warrington, Manchester, Crewe, Liverpool, Chester, Runcorn and Wigan (+ many more) ..Supporting bands along the way such as; Goldie Lookin' Chain, The Amazing Kappa, Twenty Twenty and shared Festivals with Pulled Apart By Horses, Hadouken! and Ash.
