This is a minimix containing all tracks from my latest EP on Retreat, "Shifts In The Environment". It's my first record in almost 3 years and I'm very happy with it ;-)

The mix is a quick and easy blend with 2 vinyl copies and some live EQing. The tunes played are "The Plump Shrew", "Digging For Water" and "The Red Room".

A snippet featuring my 2 reworks for Love & Mercy on Man Make Music! First up is the digi-only Quarion Remix, a lil SH-101 journey that ventures in different territories. Oh, there's some 808 action at some point too! 
Then there's the vinyl-only QRN dub, a stripped-down-to-the-bone version using only my good old MPC 3000 and the 909. Which one do you prefer?

This is an exclusive track I recorded for the "Drumpoems verse 2" compilation. it's a quite moody song with a singing bassline and a catchy melody...kinda like an old Quarion song ;-)

As for the title, it goes a little something like this: my dad was a diplomat so when I was a child/teenager i used to live in many different countries, making a lot of friends but having to leave them after 2 years. Flash forward in 2008 and I stumble accross people that I haven't seen in 15 years on that monster that is Facebook. I had a rush of various emotions when I saw some old pictures or learned what happened to all these friends over the years...and so it all materialized into this track.
