This year i celebrate 21 years as a Dj and Club promoter, playing some of the best venues and club nights around the world, as i look at my career i realise how lucky i was to be part of a collection of Dj’s & Promoters that defined the sound back in the early 2000’s.  We were all like minded people and no matter how we lived our lives we all came together on a weekend with one common interest, our passion and drive for the music. Weekends for most of us meant spending all day vinyl shopping in  Eastern Bloc, Piccadilly Records, Reflex or Blue Vinyl preparing to open the doors at our venue for that large night ahead, while everyone else where preparing in their own little way… 

When it came to the clubs whether it Venus, 2 Risque @ North, Plush Or Twisted Elegance @ Ampersand, Sankey Soaps Or Filthy Gorgeous @ Emporia, we were all there waiting for that one moment of total euphoria, that special  moment the beat drops and the room was of happy smiling faces, dancing away without a care in the world.  - Ill never forget my time in Manchester, the clubs, the drugs and the after parties plus the unforgettable feeling i had when i used to grace the decks at Emporia with my best friend and fello club promoter stood at my side (He knows who he is) - we were all living for the moment,.. So as i celebrate 21 years of Playing Music, i thought i should put together this mix of the sounds that defined those great years - I dedicate it to the Djs, Club Promoters, Record Shop Owners and of coarse all the clubbers who defined a generation, plus those that couldn’t be with us anymore (BIg John Ugly).. Heres to another amazing 21 years of living my passion…
