This song was written and recorded over the last year as we left our home state to pursue our music career and tour around the West Coast. With the opening line "Take me back to a time, dead leaves and the trees, and we were always singing..." This song beautifully captures the feelings of leaving and returning to a place once loved. We named it Connecticut as an homage to our lives before and where we came. A combination of nostalgia and love and growth, we hope you feel something too.
