Just because it's true doesn't mean we should be worried about foreign hacking. But I still believe it didn't have a big effect on its own. But I do think it is a biased story.

Talk about "Fake news", there is nothing more fake news than having an entire conversation about how Russia hacked the DNC. There still is no proof the Russian government has any involvement whatsoever. The CIA "assures" us, while providing no proof. Tech blogs/sites have released bits of evidence, which point to a hack with "russian fingerprints" meaning the users themselves or the computers may have been from Russia. This doesn't mean the government of Russia was involved at all, and tbh the evidence looks like a Russian frame if anything (using famous Russian names in the code and other obviously sloppy mistakes, etc). For the mainstream media to trust supposed intel of "top tier" CIA and military "insiders" and come out and say the Russian government did this, PUTIN INCLUDED, is beyond poor journalism and as fake as fake news can get. Let's not foget these are the same officials and news outlets that assured us of WMDs 13 years ago.

So, you don't think that the way the content was framed was propoganda? This is dangerous.
