Yes, I agree that it could be beneficial to privatize. I am also skeptical on how these will service the individuals in the area. Let's say Lexus buys the airport. Will these prices be drastically increased to ensure the "luxury experience" while waiting and flying? What if Joe Blow's company buys the dam outside of a small town that he doesn't live in or near? Will he take into consideration all of the effects his decisions have?
