MANDO is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter based in Stockholm, Sweden. MANDO’s music takes you to an atmospheric electronic world; her songs are lyrically raw, honest and reflective, while melancholic orchestral melodies are offset by heavy 808 drum beats.

Music runs deep in the Swedish-American artists’ heritage. Her father Eric Bibb is a prominent and celebrated blues artist with a career spanning 5 decades, grandfather Leon Bibb was an actor and singer involved in the rising folk scene in New York during the 1950s and early 1960s, and her great uncle was jazz pianist John Lewis, lead of The Modern Jazz Quartet. MANDO cites Björk, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley and Arca as influences.

MANDO’s debut EP, ‘Five Stages of Her’, is out on Nov 25th.
