M&R Acoustic was formed in 2013, with Mark and Rich first performing together in the TeenStar UK Regional Finals where they reached the grand final, performing at the O2 London.

Having reached the finals of TeenStar UK, Mark and Rich have since been gigging and performing together in a number of venues in Durham, such as Ebony Champagne and Whiskey River Bar as well as many other bars, pubs and venues across the North East

M&R Acoustic are building a growing reputation for their covers of artists old and new, ranging from the 80s to current chart music, covering artists such as Mumford & Sons, Bastille, Bon Jovi, Blink 182, Avicii, Ed Sheeran and many more.

Mark and Rich have recorded a number of original singles which they have performed in competition and also as part of their set, with the hope of releasing an EP later this year.
