Originally started out as a DJ spinning for many years, multi-talented Wouter Thomassen is running Zen Mechanics project since 2002 and constantly collaborates with the finest artists of the psytrance scene while playing repeatedly at the biggest festivals and parties around the world.
His legendary full-length album "Holy Cities" came out on Neurobiotic Records 6 years after starting Zen Mechanics, following several compilation tracks and remixes on different labels like Iboga, Nano, Alchemy or even Aleph Zero Records. From chill-out/ambient to progressive and fullon oriented psytrance tracks there is a lot of diversity in Zen Mechanics's discography which made him one of the most awaited headliners in Ozora Festival 2013. Zen Mechanics played his live set Wednesday, the first afternoon on the Main Stage, join us in living it again!

'Symbolic' established by Ilan Shemi & Oshry Ben Simon aka DJ Osho during the middle of the year 2011. Symbolic music style can be best described as, Psychedelic Progressive Trance, heavy fat bass lines, with mechanic rhythms and crunchy grooves, with main focus strictly for the dance floor. Since their first production together, they got incredible feedbacks from the dance floors all around the world and immediately the labels show their interest in working together with them. The first signings 'Crystal Clear' went on a compilation called 'Dance Computer' on 'Iboga Records', compiled by one of the world’s top Progressive Trance DJ’s / Producers, 'Ace Ventura'. Following 'Crystal Clear' was their remix for Ace Ventura & Rocky - Dr. Lupo on Echoes Records, which reached to number 1 on Beatport's Psy-Trance Downloads Chart for several weeks, and become an anthem on dance floors around the world. Two collaboration tracks, one with Liquid Soul called 'Different Reality' and one with Sphera called 'One Step Closer' released on Iboga Records double CD compilation 'Groove Attack' compiled by Liquid Soul. Successful collaboration with Easy Riders (Ace Ventura & Rocky) called 'Flashback' was released on HOMmega Productions. In March 2013 Symbolic released their 'Prime Time' EP on Iboga Records, two tracker EP Prime Time title track made together with Ace Ventura and a remix they made for Vertical Mode - Lazer Shot. Prime Time was chosen as Beatport's Top 10 Psy-Trance tracks of 2013.
During 2013 Symbolic compiled a compilation called 'Sacred Circuits' that was released in the end of the year as physical and digital CD on Zen Mechanics label Sourcecode Transmissions, the compilation include inside 9 exclusive tracks from great selection of artists such as, Zentura, Vertical Mode, Tristan, to name a few. And Symbolic collaboration with Zen Mechanics - Psychological Effects, and Symbolic remix for Sonic Species - Strictly Virtual. Things are looking very interesting for 2014, including more releases to come, collaborations, remixes, and full studio album that will be followed.

In 2001, Zimbabwe born Adam Metcalfe moved to Cape Town, South Africa & fell in love with Psy Trance. By 2004 he had began to produce & perfect his sound, striving for the best quality production in high tech trance, keeping it fun, psychedelic & a little bit twisted. With the release of his 2008 album, “Artelligent”, his unique offbeat & forward- thinking sound captivated festivals and parties worldwide, sparking a non-stop whirlwind of international gigging. Today he has solidified himself as one of South Africa’s most prolific EDM producers, ranking 5th in DJ MAG’s 2012 Top SA DJ’s. 2014 sees Headroom locked away in his studio, working on his highly anticipated 2nd album.

Vertical is Joonas Lehtinen, born and bred in Finland. He has always been in to electronic music and around 1997 he started to experiment with compositions of his own.

His first contact with Goa trance was in 1996, but he started to get more interested in to psytrance around the year 2001 through various Finnish and international projects. 2002 he attended to his first psy party which was definitely the kick start for him to make this kind of music.

He gets his inspiration from parties and everyday life, nature, space and what not.
The music is a mixture of funny and serious, mind and dancefloor friendly psytrance. In his tracks he has got his own individual vibe which makes him stand out.

With the following edition of Nano Records series, we’re celebrating that Gustavo Manfroni a.k.a. BURN IN NOISE recently officially joined the Nano family.

Gustavo Manfroni was brought up dedicating his time and interest completely to music. He’s been playing the guitar since his early days. He played in 2 rock bands, up to the day when, during a trip to London, got in touch with the psychedelic trance music.
The interest in electronic music grew fast and, in the end of 1999, started buying softwares for producing music.

With an individual style focusing on strong warm basslines and textured, psychedelic leads, it breaks away from the standard full-on, representing a new, fresh direction in dancefloor music.

He has gained recognition as one of the top live acts over the past few years. With performances over 30 countries at festivals across the globe, (e.g.) Boom Festival (Portugal), Ozora Festival (Hungary), Universo Paralello (Brazil), Ultramusic Festival (Russia), Fusion Festival (Germany), Vuuv Festival (Germany), Eclipse Summer Festival (Canada), Sonica Festival (Italy), FullMoon Festival (Germany), Aurora Festival (Greece), Paradise Festival (Austria), Summer Never Ends Festival (Switzerland), Waldfrieden Wonderland Festival (Germany), Glade Festival (UK), Maitreya Festival (Australia), Eclipse 2012 Festival (Australia), Antaris Festival (Germany), etc…), and more than 100 releases on labels worldwide, Gustavo has honed his style into dancefloor perfection.

Already with three acclaimed albums, ‘Broken MP3’, released on Brazilian label Vagalume Records in 2005, his storming second album, ‘Passing Clouds’, released on Alchemy Records in 2008 and his third album ‘Beyond Known Space’ released on 2014, that takes you on a journey beyond the realms of imagination and into the pure unknown.

Gustavo together with Swarup and Zumbi, released the self-titled artist album “The First Stone” in January 2006 and their second album early 2010.

In 2008 He joined forces with Dickster (Green Nuns of the Revolution, AMD), to form a new live act called “Circuit Breakers”. With already 2 top selling EPs “Brazinglish” “Overload” and a full album “Fragmented Reality” released 2013 on Nano Records.
