Babs Seed [remix] [Instrumental]

Yay! As a 100 subs special (on youtube), I decided to make a piano cover of this incredible song by 4everfreebrony that I think is really one of the bestest best musician in the brony community. I discovered his music very recently as I've been a brony for only a few months. By the first listen on "Three's a Team", I was so moved that I felt the strong need to make something about this masterpiece. This piano version is by far not as strong as the original, but I made it to express how much I felt in love with this song. I hope you'll enjoy! ;)

PS : I'm a bit delayed with the releases cuz I had to fix a problem on my recording mic. Also I hope you don't mind the funny noises my piano makes sometimes, he doesn't like dry winter air. ^^"

4everfreebrony - Three's a Team [Mane In Green piano cover]

Oh Rarity... just Rarity being herself... let's travel inside her changing moods. Light, sober and elegant, though she can suddenly dive into a state made of drama and romanticism... such an interesting personality to explore!

First I wanted to make a remix but, lack of inspiration, I started to jam on some Baroque-ish themes and ended with this little piece. Perhaps you should recognize some patterns taken from the Baroque period as I listen a lot... A LOT... to this kind of music that is wonderful to me. I want to share this passion for Baroque music, and I hope it'll do well, and I thought Rarity was the best pony to illustrate this. ^^

- The Quest of the Lost Sapphire - Episode 1 -

- Dawn of an Epic Quest -

I. A Unique Gem ( 0:00 - 2:46 )
A few months after the victory against King Sombra, a great ceremony is about to take place in Canterlot, where everypony will have the privilege to assist to the crowning of Rainbow Dash as a new Princess of Honor for her Double Rainboom during the final battle. As Rarity is in the making of the crown for the ceremony, she feels the need to decorate it with one of the most precious gem. She asks Twilight Sparkle to do some research about a Sapphire mentionned in some old equestrian legends. After a long night of research, Twilight discovers that the gem Rarity is talking about is a blue Sapphire that Starswirl the Bearded enchanted a long time ago. This unique stone contains a great power able to keep every dark forces away from Equestria. But Starswirl lost it during one of his travels through Saddle Arabia. As King Sombra may return at any time for revenge, the Lost Sapphire must be found to preserve the magic of friendship.

II. Report to Princess Celestia ( 2:46 - 4:28 )
Now it's time to inform Princess Celestia about Twilight's discovery! The Mane Six is on its way to Canterlot and there is no time to lose! Finding the Lost Sapphire in the desert of Saddle Arabia is about to be their new mission.

III. The Special Guest ( 4:28 - 7:21 )
Who knows which kind of unknown magics can be found in such far lands ? There is one person who could be highly helpful to succeed the mission : Discord! As a recommandation from Princess Celestia, there is no way to decline. Discord seems totally delighted to be granted this mission though. Well, don't be so disappointed little ponies. At least, you'll have your trip being a little more "spicy".

IV. Leaving Ponyville ( 7:21 - 9:43 )
The time to leave Ponyville has come. Our heroes are leading to Baltimare, where a ship is waiting for them to get them to Saddle Arabia. The feelings are mixed between the sadness of leaving Ponyville for a long time and the excitement for a whole new adventure. Come on little ponies! You can do it, Equestria trusts in you!

- The Journey -

I. Morning In Baltimare ( 0:00 - 3:19 )
At dawn, before leaving Baltimare, Applejack and Rainbow Dash are watching the sunset over the sea while the others are still asleep. Later, our heroes will get ready for the big journey. After everypony woke up, they all get on the ship with great enthusiasm. The weather seems a little bit stormy though.

II. Across the Ocean ( 3:19 - 6:12 )
Ahoy! Let's sail to Saddle Arabia! The journey starts with a big storm, but nopony's losing their courage, singing "what will we do with a drunken pony"! Besides the many dangers of the sea, who knows which surprises await the Mane 6 and Discord...

III. Discord's Gift ( 6:12 - 7:51 )
As there is only a few days left of travelling, it is Fluttershy's birthday! What a special way to celebrate in the middle of the ocean! Discord doesn't miss the occasion to offer her a cute little gift he has crafted himself before the trip. A very moving scene, but...

IV. The Squabble ( 7:51 - 9:59 )
... Pinkie Pie is quite upset about this. Discord thinks about Fluttershy's birthday but not about Pinkie's one, plus he's never shown up at any of her birthday parties. As both are squabbling, Discord plays more and more with Pinkie's nerves. Finally, tired of the pink pony's endless complaints, the master of chaos decides to cast a spell on her and change her into a sugar statue. But (again ^^)...

V. And A Wreck! ( 9:59 - 13:20 )
... Discord, disturbed by the other ponies trying to stop him, misses his target and changes the ship hull into sugar instead of Pinkie Pie. Then the drama begins. Melting into the water, the ship progressively sinks, creating a general panic into the crew. How will they get out of this mess?

II. The Journey [The Quest of the Lost Sapphire - Ep. 2]

While the Mane 6 and Discord are heading to Saddle Arabia, and dealing with a shipwreck right at the moment, Princess Celestia got badly sick! Hopefully, her sister Luna is here to take care of her. How sweet, but maybe the nurse suit is a little bit too much, Luna.

Octavia Melody on the piano, with the Royal Canterlot Philharmonic Orchestra, interprating a cute little interlude to the Quest of the Lost Sapphire. By the way, I'm still wondering how she can play with hooves...

This piece is an orchestration I made from the 2nd movement of Beethoven's 8th piano sonata called "Pathétique". There are other orchestral versions already existing, but I wanted to make my own one simply because I'm in love with the original piece. ^^

Rarity In Love

Hi everypony! One last little piece before the big release (many of you know what I'm talking about ^^), but this one is very special. 

I just came back from Equestria with a great story to tell you! There, I had the opportunity to attend an amazing concert played by Octavia and the Ponyville String Sextet. Then, as I was having a little chat with Octavia during the after party, I told her about the brony fandom and her many fans on Earth. She thought it was so awesome that she decided to dedicate this piece from her to all the brony community! Isn't she incredibly amazing?
