When I play with Animoog twiddling all the knobs it kind of takes me back to when I used to play with my nan and grandad's radio in their living room. I think they may have stuck me in there deliberatelyto keep me quiet  but I would play with the radio for ages listening to all the sounds that come out.

The track title comes from a quote from one of my favourite films, Wings of Desire by Wim Wenders. The quote comes from a poem called Lied Vom Kindsein (Song of Childhood) by Peter Handke. You can find the poem (in German and English at:)
