I believe I found my mixer, setup and style. Proud of this set as it is my first recording with this hybrid setup and I totally love it.

Model 1 PLAYdifferently is enabling me to "produce" live on stage. Together with 4 decks and drumcomputer Roland TR-8S it feels being free in what sounds I want to add to the mix and improvise whenever I want. I'm also pretty amazed by the analog quality of the sound. What do you think?

I created Souza Malouza with the purpose to have an alter ego for my passion. It is even more than an object of such desire and love, a very powerful feeling. I believe in an atmosphere where an emotion can be experienced intensely, an emotion that clarifies why we are moving, dancing or start laughing while hearing that one track. Multiply those tracks in a set, and that is what I want to offer you. A journey through positive deep vibes and lots of love…

I would describe the set as industrial, spacy techno and electro/acid sounds with long build ups and focus on technical mixing. I broadened my genre in track selection and it was worth to experiment with mixing them. Lessons learned and continue with my 18th year of DJ journey ! Have a good trip!

STORY LINE MS003 - All you need to know about Corona

Due to the ongoing corona epidemic, WEERSLAG was forced to postpone their rave with Thomas Schumacher to 19.09.2020.

In the meantime WEERSLAG collaborated with colleagues at Club Vaag so we can bring the rave directly to your livingroom.

Manezz is an electronic music artist: DJ, producer and drummer.
His performance with live drums drives up the rythmichal session and generates a powerful danceable vibe. Manezz brings sets alive with his fine technical skills and by adding live instruments or samples. His style is undefined special in the area of industrial melodic techno. Feel the energy and connection when you are part of Manezz his story through music. 

Sharing Manezz's story does not end with DJ sets. To become fully independent in sharing the power of music, he wants to create his own songs. Manezz is experiencing and defining his own sound and style. There is a lot more to come in bringing live aspects into his sets and tracks. 

For more than 10 years, Manezz is organizing and promoting techno events in Belgium and loves to throw nightlife events, live streams, festivals and other events around the electronic music culture. He is co-founder and resident artist of 'Weerslag' and co-founder of 'Sfeerbeheer'. One industrial melodic techno event that connects with nature and one industrial hard techno/ early rave concept.
