Just been sorting out some stuff in my loft and came across a box of old live recordings from back in the day!
This was one was from our legendary nights in Northampton at the now defunct Cubra Libra where you would hear quality Soulful/Funky House.
This was the first venue that me(Suff Sakoor) and Maurice Bird  started to spin together as Mange Le Funk,it was a very colourful venue and fitted well with the music and we use to play  religiously every Tuesday and Thursday Night then a few months later finally getting the Saturday night!!

Listen back to this brings so many memories back for me especially using The Roland  Dj 2000 mixer(what a piece of kit) and  picturing Mo playing the bongos(Which you should be able to hear in the mix) and throwing in samples.
