Zzzleeping came to be when I was starting to have a hard time sleeping, turning into a form of insomnia I never knew could happen to me. I think if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

I used to be a sound sleeper, but worries kept my brain active at all times. The best way to deal with it was to channel the energy into a song, and this is what came out. I slept like a baby right afterward. 

I hope this song will help those of you who are sleepless or suffer from insomnia. Of course, it's also meant for those who normally sleep well by nature. But I dedicate this song to those with a sleeping disorder. It's not pretty!
