So Darknight brings a beat produced by~ D's Beats by Novice, Manic's in DanSolo Studios in Peckham. He listens to the beat once, inhales and starts freestyling from the the leather sofas in the corner. 

Darknight says "that's dope" so Manic whips out the pen and pad.

One of those late nights while working on another track scheduled for the mixtape 'The Takeover' in Peckham. One of the mandem slides a CD with 5 beats from SW London producer  Noise. Manic writes to three of them on the same day including this one. What started as a humming writing session an hour and a half later turns into a recorded hook and 2 verses- Light work.

Artist E-Dash (R.I.P) who Manic was helping develop as part 1 part of rap duo 'Revenue' was given the track to add his verse to help compliment the track.
