Description:
名古屋を拠点に活動する4人組オルタナティブ・ロック・バンドApple Lightの新作『Are you happy now?』が完成した。今作は彼らのキャリア3枚目となる作品。「消えゆくの時の儚さ」を切り取ったような切なく、優しいメロディと歌詞、90年代オルタナティブロックの影響を感じさせる疾走感のあるサウンドが重なり、繊細なメロディが作り上げる蒼く儚い音世界はリスナーの胸をしめつける。

アルバムのアートワーク・イラストは、アフタヌーン四季賞佳作入選しデビュー、「土星マンション」（小学館）で第１５回文化庁メディア芸術祭マンガ部門大賞受賞の岩岡ヒサエが担当。惜しくもメンバーの急逝により4人で作る最初で最後の作品となってしまった今作は、「音楽に救われてきた者にしか作れない」作品であり、彼らの音楽へ対する想いが積もった傑作となっている。

For the 5th single of the year we are happy to present "Misuse" from our good friend and longtime collaborator Cosmic Quest, with newcomer producing duo SmokeStacks and featuring the debut of sensual vocalist Virginia Palms. 

The song itself is about relationship and the boundaries within that regarding growth and limitations.
