Shiva’s 108 names represent different dimensions of who he is, and for the 108th DJ Mix, we feel these 108 DJ Mixes represent the many dimensions of DJ Mani's sound. Mani started DJing professionally while an undergraduate at UIUC in the early '90s. His career spans opening up for The Advent on North American tours, performing his first live PA alongside Rino Cerrone (RIP), during Rino's first appearance in Chicago to perform at the Metro for default_one (a party of obS->ear, Mani's 2nd entrepreneurial effort in life), and even DJing 4 and half hours for the Official After-Party for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, Norway. These 108 mixes represent his sound, and we appreciate you tapping in as we expand this platform and more. This DJ mix was a variation of the mix shared for 107 and recorded a couple of weeks later during a short live performance. The excerpt was recorded for 108. We hope you enjoy it!
