A new imprint hailing from Ljubljana, Slovenia, KRI aims to capture the lost futures of EBM, electro and nu-wave from the 80s while pairing them with future-focused productions of the now. Named after post-punk group Otroci Socializma, the label ran by local DJs and promoters Schrauff & Lavka will showcase records enjoyed both in the club and at home, while re-issuing obscure and timeless records alongside fresh material from producers across the globe. The first instalment welcomes a well-crafted journey and debut collaboration between Christian Kroupa, arriving off his LP on Natural Sciences under his Alleged Witches alias, and Return to Disorder and L.I.E.S. alumnus LCN (aka Le Chocolate Noir), with the two producers serving up their eclectic ‘World’s Connect’ EP - backed by a remix from Mannequin boss Alessandro Adriani.

Couronne de Merde a l’habitude de libérer ses frustrations et ses sentiments d’injustice par la création. Son style est un mélange compulsif entre une jeunesse ancrée dans la musique classique, une adolescence emo en quête d’exutoire musical et les cordes sensibles de ses synthétiseurs.

Cette faille temporelle se reflète notamment sur son nouvel album “Policy of Trust”, constitué de morceaux composés au fil des années. Les influences de Depeche Mode ou Christoph de Babalon s’y font sentir, propulsées dans un univers techno aux fréquences saturées.

La recherche de transcendance à travers des atmosphères sonores cinématographiques embarque l’auditeur dans un train de nuit métallique où les paysages s’entrechoquent, entre espoir planant et violence déchirante.

Couronne de Merde has an habit of releasing his frustrations and feelings of injustice through creation. His style is a compulsive mix between a youth anchored in classical music, an emo adolescence in search of a musical outlet and the sensitive strings of his synthesizers.

This temporal rift is notably reflected on his new album "Policy of Trust", made of tracks composed over the years. The influences of Depeche Mode or Christoph de Babalon can be felt, propelled in a techno universe with saturated frequencies.

The search for transcendence through cinematographic sound atmospheres takes the listener on a metallic night train where landscapes collide, between soaring hope and heartbreaking violence.

The frozen sensation of an impenetrable fog slowly spreads through the body sending it into an oily drift. The loose ruts of internal decay glue the fading echo in the gelatinous honeycomb of silver moss. In the floating reservoirs of vulnerability, those little lumps of grief that have detached themselves from the walls to perish in a frenzied obsession, succumb to the undulating nothingness.

The garden that @constance-heleda cultivates is at once beguiling and alienating, for beneath the satin sky, the pits have already been dug, where the sweat of the earth anxiously gurgles, and within the trees a distorted digital plea still pulsates. What fruits do the wind pluck from their branches, and do they ooze blessings or curses? Can we gather them together for eternity to find or lose peace?

Bertram debuts on Milan-based Marguerite Records with 'Drone thugs & harmonies'. It appears on their latest compilation, MRG16, alongside Autums, Zarkoff, and others. The track packs intricate rhythmic work, heavy bass, murky sound design, and warped vocal patterns kept together by a continuous dub groove and storyline.

Marguerite Records proudly unveils its sixteenth release: a fresh compilation presented in a limited edition of 50 professionally dubbed tapes. Featuring contributions from Autumns, Bertram, Black Dot, German Army, Italian Massacres, Unconscious, Zarkoff, and Zona Utopica Garantita. All tracks meticulously mastered by Francesco Brini at Spectrum Mastering, accompanied by captivating artwork courtesy of Alessio Di Mezza. Duplicated with care in Milan, 2024.

Flaming Jesus Dial-up are a band consisting of Italian brothers Francesco and Marco Leoci, already part of the post-jackin'beats duo FLML and founders of the label Alley Version. Francesco and Marco were born in Brindisi, where began to have their first music experiences playing in a teenage punkrock band. They moved to Bologna, where currently live, to complete studies in fine arts, at the same time they involved in experimental projects of sound art and multimedia. The FJD project took shape in 2023 while Francesco and Marco had fun experimenting in their studio with modified guitars, analog synthesizers and drum machine. The tracks resulting from these sessions, incorporating an erratic, loose and transgressive aesthetic, consist of noisy hallucinatory soundscapes, often coupled with slow infectious rhythms and gloomy soundtrack-style motifs. credits releases October 4, 2024
