Suave Burgandy and Don Claude completed this whole project in 12 hours and took full advantage of this opportunity, causing complete hip hop anarchy. This is where it all started. Before the conglomerate now known as the Dallas Zu was formed, the key components were put in place as a part of the groundbreaking group, The Arsenal. The compilation album, Change Gon' Come, was the brainchild of our fallen comrade Kerry "The Coach" Gamble(RIP). It combined the emceeing and production talents of the best of Dallas's and Houston's respective underground scenes. It was a long hard road, with countless stumbling blocks, even with a lot of participants quitting during the recording process. When the smoke cleared, emerging out of the rubble was a quartet of emcees, two from each fore mentioned city. Big Suave, The mayor of Oak Cliff, Tx, and Young Don, The Pride of the Projects from Dallas, and Young G and Mr. AP from Houston were the last men standing. The Arsenal Beat Club handled the production duties, led by The Coach and his understudies C.G. and Mr. Nice Guy.

This was the mixtape styled album sampler to promote the Dirty Rotten Skoundrelz debut album "Fall Back of Fall Victim." It was hosted by legendary club spinner Dj Chub, containing actual cutting and scratching, old school style. It marked the release of the first Dallas All Star posse cut, Smacked Like A Bitch remix, sparking a trend in the local hip hop scene. This song even sparked a brief "beef" with an irrelevant Atlanta rap group.
