a preview of the new song 'jai radha madhav'... from my upcoming album SHIVOHAM. it is a beautiful mantra dedicated to lord krishna. this is my dedication and tribute to jagjit singh - one of my favourite singers from india, whose music and voice has inspired me a lot over the years.

Tera Kadamba — Separation from God

This composition is dedicated to the state of "Vipralambha" - separation from God. Don't try to see God, but feel separation from Him. This is not that material, depressive separation, but the spiritual separation of the soul and God. Vipralambha or Viraha - means external fire, but inside the heart is a secret, invisible and sweetest meeting with God. Without lies, sweetness under the guise of love and religion —  the eternal and indestructible union of the soul and God. This mood helps those who follow the spiritual path to get rid of illusions and frivolity.

Composition was performed and recorded in Vrindavan  2013 by Ananda Lila project as a part of "Vrindavan Symphony" album.

Тера Кадамба —  Разлука с БогомЭта композиция посвящена состоянию «Випраламбхи» —  разлуки с Богом. Не пытайтесь увидеть Бога, но почувствуйте разлуку с Ним. Это не та материальная, депрессивная разлука, а духовная разлука души и Бога. Випраламбха или Вираха —  означает огонь вовне, но внутри сердца тайную, невидимую  и сладчайшую встречу с Богом. Без лжи, слащавости под маской любви и религии — вечный и нерушимый союз души и Бога. Это настроение помогает идущему по духовному пути избавиться от илюзиий и легкомыслия.

Эта композиция была сыграна и записана во Вриндаване в 2013 году Ananda Lila project как часть альбома "Симфония Вриндавана"

Navagraha Stotra or Nava Graha Stotram is the Hindu devotional prayer addressed to Navagrahas or the Nine Planets which is believed to have an effect on humans ups and downs. Navagraha Sloka was composed by Vyasa Rishi and anyone who chants this hymn dedicated to the Nine Planets will get rid of all ill effects and get peace in life.

तमोऽरिM सर्वपापघ्नं प्रणतोऽस्मि दिवाकरम् |

I bow to Surya,Father Sun, who shines like JapaKusuma flower, who is son of Kasyapa, who is resplendent, who is the enemy of darkness and who destroys all sins.

दधिशण^खतुषाराभं क्शीरोदार्णवसंभवम्
नमामि शशिनं सोमं शम्भोर्मुकुटभूषणम् |

I bow to Soma,Mother Moon, whose colour is white like yogurt, conch and snow; who rose from Ksheasagar and who adorns the head of Lord Siva.

धरणीगर्भसंभूतं विद्युत्कान्तिसमप्रभम्
कुमारं शक्तिहस्तं च मण^गलं प्रणमाम्यहम् |

I bow to Mangala,Mars, who is born of earth, who shines like lightning, who is called Kumara, and who holds in his hand a weapon called Shakti.

प्रियङगुकलिकाश्यामं रूपेणाप्रतिमं बुधम्
सौम्यं सौम्यगुणोपेतं तं बुधं प्रणमाम्यहम् |

I bow to Budha , Mercury,who has a dark blue complexion like the bud of millet called Priyang, who is beautiful; who is wise, who is the son of Soma; and who very charitable gentle and noble.

देवानां च ऋषीणां च गुरुं काज्ञ्चनसंनिभम्
बुद्धिभूतं त्रिलोकेशं तं नमामि बृहस्पतिम् |

I bow to Guru, Jupiter,who is Guru of Devas and Rishis, who is resplendent like gold, who embodies wisdom, and who is the lord of the 3 worlds.

हिमकुन्दमृणालाभं दैत्यानां परमं गुरुम्
सर्वशास्त्रप्रवक्तारं भार्गवं प्रणमाम्यहम् |

I bow to Sukra,Venus,the ultimate preceptor of demons, Guru of Asuras ,who shines like the snowwhite flower of Jasmine, who is master-teacher of all Sastras.

नीलांजनसमाभासं रविपुत्रं यमाग्रजम्
छायामार्तण्डसंभूतं तं नमामि शनैश्चरम् |

I bow to Shani,Saturn,the slow moving one, whose complexion is like shining dark-blue collyrium, who is son of Surya, who is elder brother of Yama and who is born of Chaya.

अर्धकायं महावीर्यं चन्द्रादित्यविमर्दनम्
सिंहिकागर्भसंभूतं तं राहुं प्रणमाम्यहम् |

I bow to Rahu, Dragon’s head, who has a half-body, who is of extraordinary strength, who is the eclipser of moon and sun, and who is born of Simhika.

पलाशपुष्पसंकाशं तारकाग्रहमस्तकम्
रौद्रं रौद्रात्मकं घोरं तं केतुं प्रणमाम्यहम् |

I bow to Ketu, Dragon’s tail, who shines like Palas-flower, who has the head of stars and planets, who is Raudra and whose form is fierce and terrifying.

Manish Vyas, born in Gujarat, India (lives in Switzerland) and has been learning Indian music since the age of ten, he learnt Tabla with Ustad Allarakha in Mumbai, where he continued for many years, while he was in charge of the musical department at Osho Ashram in Pune, organizing and performing concerts. He is composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist (Tabla, Harmonium, Santoor, Keyboard) and teacher. Along his lifetime musical path, he has composed hundreds of songs, mainly in the devotional, folk, instrumental, meditative and Sufi genres. He has released more than 20 albums. He offers the perfect blend of Indian genuine sounds merged with a touch of fusion, which makes his music so accessible and appreciated by all type of listeners in the search of authentic Indian sounds. Manish lives currently in Switzerland where he runs a music academy in his spare time. "Important is people know what is what when it comes to sound, Indian music, mantra and Indian spirituality. I share that, what i learned from genuine sources, this is the least respect that Indian music deserves and will always deserve."
