This week we have another guest coming from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. That Kid Chris, Chris Staropoli’s artístic name, is one of the most important DJs in New York. Being a part of the New York dance scene since the 90’s after releasing “Keep On Pressing” and because of its sucess, Chris got residencies at some of the most importante New York Clubs at the time, like “Roxy”, “Tunnel”, “Limelight” and “Vinyl”.
After releasing hundreds of original tracks and remixes, in 2007 That Kid Chris starts his own TKC Music label. Having top releases on Labels like Strictly Rhythm, Henry Street, Eightball, Nervous, CR2, Cream, Junior Boys Own, Yoshitoshi, among many others, made Chris Staropoli one of the most respected and important New York DJs & producers.

Charlie is an artistic soul from Malmö, Sweden. He is known for his deep, organic house and techno. Drum machines and acid synths meets rhythmic percussion, piano and dubby soundscapes.

He spent the summer of 2014 on Ibiza as one of five winners of Burn Residency, the worlds biggest dj competition. Besides djing on legendary Ibiza-venues like Beach House, Cafe Mambo and Ushuaia Beach Club, Charlie earned a monthly 1h mix for Ibiza Sonica. A perfect platform to introduce people to his warm dark sounds.

After his well received EP, "Charcoal Grey" (out on Planet Rhythm), Charlie made sure he is to be counted on in the future. In the summer of 2015 he joined Richie Hawtin’s ENTER. at Space Ibiza, where the outstanding talent played an arty live set at the opening.

Charlie’s debut album, titled ”Storms Ahead” (Einmusik Recordings), reflects many years of influences and was well received by fellow DJs, blogs and listeners. In May, 2016, he release his second EP on Planet Rhythm. The EP is titled ”Diamanter”, Diamonds. Keep your eyes open. Great things to come!

Roman Rai is delivering 2 emotionally charged tracks ‘Nature & Silence’ and ‘White Walls Everywhere’ – both equally engulfed in waves of melancholia and mystery. Both tracks will be coming on his full-length album ‘Middle of Nowhere’ that will see the world next month. Third track is a remix of ‘Nature & Silence’ delivered by our Täino – being his favorite track from Roman’s upcoming LP. Täino adds his own spin to the original version, by creating heavier and more obscure record designed to deliver infectious groove even on bigger club sound-systems.
