The story of Konsistent’s connection to Electric Shapes began thanks to a mutual friend—Nikita—who introduced us. That introduction led to a meeting at the Digital Tsunami festival, where hours of inspiring conversations revealed a shared vision and passion for underground music.

Konsistent quickly became one of the first well-established artists to support what we were doing. He recorded an early episode for the Electric Shapes podcast series, giving the project a major boost in its formative days. More than just a guest, he played a key role in shaping the label’s direction.

In fact, Konsistent was the one who pushed us to take the leap from SoundCloud-only releases to launching a proper label on Bandcamp. Without that encouragement, Electric Shapes might have remained just a podcast platform.

He contributed to our very first compilation, returned for the fourth edition, and has once again joined us for the latest release—marking an ongoing creative relationship that’s become part of our core story.

Outside of Electric Shapes, Konsistent’s music has landed on some of the most respected underground labels: Lio Press, Eine Welt, Space Ritual, Sounds of Ogigia, Kalahari Oyster Cult, Macadam Mambo, and brokntoys. His sound—raw, hypnotic, and deeply textured—resonates across genres and borders.

His role in Electric Shapes goes far beyond collaboration. Konsistent helped us believe in the potential of this project—and he’s been helping shape it ever since.

@bb_fm is a radio host at THF Radio and a versatile DJ who navigates a wide sonic spectrum with ease. As the curator and resident DJ of Aquatic Travellers, an electro-driven party that she co-runs with Black Mirror Park at Paloma, she crafts immersive sets that transport listeners from the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of the galaxy. Her signature style blends electro and breaks to create a dreamy yet grounded atmosphere, with a constant sense of motion and narrative.

In terms of sound, she’s my Galaxister — deeply in love with electro that’s both spherical and gritty, always with a bassy touch. Her sets feel like space travel in slow motion: expansive, textured and comfortably otherworldly.

BIO

Italian dj raised in the outskirts of Geneva, Pastram steps out under the banner of Cruel Machine Booking. Distinctly drawn towards dark atmospheres, Pastram developed a strong focus on raw rhythmics, assuming an intense form of communication where cathartic echoes and cold synths become intricate. An intense musical fusion of the past and the present transcending the line between body music, grinding post punk, industrial, and wave.

Sublime synth wave. Mushy began her career crafting noise bursts and aggressive oblique instrumentals before, in her newest form, blooming into a beautiful, epic and heart-heavy icy synth princess. 

'My Life So Far' is the first taster for her new album 'Breathless' and it takes the blue print established on her debut album 'Faded Heart' - namely ghostly harmonies, glacial rhythm movements and beautifully waster vocals, and turns it all up to ten. Sonically, the album is a wide-screen, incredible achievement, with legendary 4AD group A.R. KANE drafted in to help out with production and writing. 'My Life So Far' features an exclusive track not on 'Breathless.' 

You're left feeling a melancholy sense of loss so sweet and delightful that you wish it to go deeper and longer.
