Da-P has been on our radar for quite some time and is connected to Kaytranada, High Klassified, Tommy Kruise, and more. This project was a great opportunity to showcase some of the amazing talent I have come across since releasing the first instalment of Groove Gems; all of whom I can individually consider as close friends and musical inspirations. Furthermore, Groove Gems II also allowed me to solidify my sound (put a stamp on it if you like) and expose listeners to the musical development/growth I have experienced since the last album.
