Don't mind me just trying to establish a motif with this version of Ghost, it's probably not final but they do fight like they're playing a game of rhythym heaven so I tried to portray that in here....

This would be the backing track for any imagine shots of how the First 3 Dreamer cats started off the present day Buffer Zone and became the reincarnating Alpha Trio by accidentally getting their arms sucked into a portal

Look I got a lot of ideas in my head for the whole Respawn Void Sequence and one of them is music for it
This is bound to change as I get more ideas but by god the one C-named synth that I've previously used in the Y-Class song is GREAT for discordant ambience such as staring at a copy of yourself in a strange void you've been knocked into out of nowhere

This guy here is Ghostkat, a lad I threw into Sanctum OCT at least 7 years ago. They were a mascot turned humanized that made viruses and music and merged with the former upon entering the virtual world of Sanctum. I never ended up winning but I did make some friends in there that I'm still in contact with.
Coincidentally, it was also while Fighting Dreamers was in development, or at least it's inception but hadn't been fully realized yet. (This theme predating the series launch by at least 6 months). I made it canon that Ghostkat entering the virtual world also set off the Monsters in the FD universe (before it was dreamworlds)which is why I recycled it later into a Monster Motif. Later on I made Ghost into a proper character and left this version to their own reality and nixed the whole idea of this version setting off Monsters.
I was feeling nostalgic this past week.

Phantom (Left, purple) has Ressurective Immortality, this is a mock-up of when Twiggy (center, blue) and Xzy (Right, orange, more formal voice) figure that out for themselves.
There's also my own song in there and at least 10 sound effects I found online.
I'm definitely animating this later, for practice and better context later.

It's a theme for "Bug Game" Pathfinder thing where Wendy is the sweet and meek housewife who's a Barbarian that has all her stats cranked into intimidation and strength.

A while ago I did a song that had the drum pattern of Black Hole Sun and a random melody based on it

So I figured out about Chord Progressions, or at least a pattern where you gradually notch down the first note while the 3/5 notes stay the same. And as always I felt like playing with it and it kinda turned into something you'd hear as a character (or character group) is making a big decision.

I would say this is a Guardian Ghost thing but it could really go for anything, Fighting Dreamers, or even Ithika (it was made with GG in mind though)

I just got the Neurofunk pack, and it's a really nice Drum and Bass set and I love this sort of beat pattern and sound and IT'S FANTASTIC I LOVE IT
I added a "1" to the title cause there's definitely going to be more of these random mashup things

Afterwards I tried Vaporwave and Swing and it...it didn't sound good

This took me way too long to figure out, the Birth of Color campaign started months ago
I was trying to figure out something for the group as a whole (like little teasers of the characters) but it just turned into something like you'd hear in the prolouge describing the lost civilization of Prism, destroyed centuries ago (at least in this canon)

For reference, Ghost is a hybrid clone of a Dreamer Cat and a Monster. So their song references the Monster Motif.
Preferably, I'd have a theme that sounds perfectly harmless with maybe an edge of something unnerving. But I don't quite have the skills for that just yet

This Sounds Like A Theme Song (Baseline For Something)

Man, I had to dig for a VST for this, all of mine sound vaguely electronic/ethereal and that's not the vibe I was going with for this. Matilda's a proper lady after all...
I'm gonna be in a Mystery Dungeon game soon, and my character is Matilda, a young woman in a world perpetually stuck in a Victorian/Steampunk era. She's a princess and she's stuck with a bunch of nobles....at least until she's brought into the Pokemon world as an Eevee

The calling card for the Z-Class, the Y-Class isn't a Monster as much as a mutation. One monster suddenly freezes and turns into a fuzzy looking shell of itself, prompting others to do the same. It doesn't seem like a threat at first, at least until the ground erupts into spores that soar into the sky. And then a second later the limb of a Z-Class erupts from the sky and launches into the ground, giving any remaining cats SECONDS to act before the world is overtaken and wiped out of existence. 

It's at the tail end of the ranking alphabet for a reason

(FD) Y-Class Monster Theme

I'm a cat crazy cartoonist that will occasionally attempt to make music (with LMMS and some MIDI programs). I say "Attempt" because I'm basically teaching myself some music terms (with some outside help) but for the most part I'm making it up as I go and playing stuff by ear. You'll know when I've figured out a new thing when I spam the crap out of it in like 5 songbits.

If anyone wants to remix my songs or maybe wants to collab for funsies (I have a lot of half finished songbits) GIVE ME A HEADS UP
