Birmingham outfit TRMNL have been a super power in their local scene and the UK as a whole and their label has only bolstered what was already a solid skillset. Having premiered their first outing as a label last year they are now all set to drop a rather personal EP for their third outing.

TRMNL resident SUMU.L who has been with the crew since the beginning has been given a rather intimate musical upbringing by the TRMNL brand and his ‘Skyline’ track has grown to become something of a TRMNL anthem. As time goes by, the hotter it gets, the more hectic it gets, the more the story takes shape and becomes suitable for different scenarios. It looks like that no one understands what is at stake. But EDIP does. The Bucharest-based artist returns on Take Notes for his first solo EP on the label: 'Bout That C' is the result, and the wait was worth it. Sizzling electric shocks, hyperspeed shrewd minimal grooves, and embracing yet alluring vocals pave the way for a monstrous bassline and rampant kicks for a track crafted for pure dancefloor bliss. Next, titled '369' is a tight, trippy roller with hooky vox interjections, menacing drums, and lively percussions, all together in pure Take Notes' fashion. On the remix duties, Manchester's powerhouse trio of Mason Collective reinforces the original, bringing more sharp grooves and upping the pace for a heads-down, hands-up production destined for the later hours.

Originally hailing from Serbia, Misha is a Washington DC-based artist who has been making a name for himself with releases on Rawthentic, Tamango, and his own High Class Nasty imprint, with his last two outings gracing the top spot in the Beatport tech house charts. The Echostage resident now readies his Hottrax debut with the vibrant ‘Ritmo De Verao’ EP, fusing kinetic beats and low-end grooves. 

Opener 'Ritmo De Verao' is a party-pumping cut peppered with lively percussion, rolling snares and tin-pot sounds next to an alluring vocal that brings the heat to what is a no-nonsense tech house weapon. 'Issues' follows, combining more steamy house beats with sensuous vocals, slick drum programming and smart filters to build the tension before 'Snake Charmer' enters more hypnotic territories with its mystic leads, chopped vocal stabs and restless toms.

Italy’s DIMMISH joins Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with a precision-grooved two-tracker ‘We Got The Groove’ dropping on 21st March. British producer Mark Jenkyns joins Hottrax with two separate collaborations alongside vocalist MIZBEE and Ecuador’s Andre Salmon titled ‘Sirens’. 

Having released on Hot Creations, Suara, Of Unsound Mind, Rebellion, Lost Records and Resonance Records, Mark Jenkyns has unquestionably established himself as one of the most sought after producers in modern day house music. As a DJ Jenkyns is a regular name on the line-ups of Paradise Ibiza, when not making appearances at the likes of The Warehouse Project, Lightbox, Digital, Egg and BPM Festival. 

Snappy snares and a meandering bassline lay the foundation for ‘Sirens’ as it continues to generate an infectious rhythm alongside MIZBEE’s scintillating vocal; luring listeners in much like the mythological creature that inspired the track title. Teaming up with Andre Salmon - who’s released on Repopulate Mars, Leftroom and Resonance - ‘Hey Honey’ is a trippy number complete with a heady groove, chopped-up vox samples and synth stabs that’s destined to inject life into any dancefloor it’s dropped.
