This song is about finding direction in life. I wrote it in December 2020 while processing the loss of a family member and feeling lost. It gave me a much-needed spiritual boost and reminded me there is always more life ahead; there's somewhere to go. This track is the first single off of my upcoming EP Ending Elsewhere, which will be out this August.

In light of announcing her new album Manic dropping January 17th, it felt appropriate to release a Halsey remix of my own. This one is called “Drive” and was released in 2015 on her debut album Badlands.

In contrast with my previous remix, which I worked on over a five month span while in school, I (for better or worse) finished this track in a weekend.

As some may know, San Holo is my absolute favorite artist and biggest influence, so remixing one of his tracks was a bit intimidating. In producing my remix, I took the title literally and packed as many instruments into the song as possible (because they all matter). The result is representative of my own challenges in figuring out how to manage everything in life that matters to me.
