"Love, Sometimes" is exactly what we need for this  amazing summer:electronic bass, built on a  powerful drum and dynamics hi hats, generate a fantastic groove, and a fusion beetween  electronic, and classic instrument sounds;  The result is a pleasure trip  beetween electro,acid  house and disco, where the  amazing vocal of Ghostape find his natural musical place.

New emerging italian talent Zaraudi, working  on a cosmic track with balearic  and spacey influences, playing guitar and bring the people directly toJuly-August " beach-dancefloors".

Bangkok Impact turn the original directly into an eclectic and elegant  disco-house summer track, using dreamy rhodes,a really deep funky bass,deep balearic groove,  and trippy analog synths.

Out on 'Beating Heart - South Africa Vol. 2', a 4 track EP featuring Auntie Flo, Subjective (Goldie's new project with JD from Ulterior Motive), Card on Spokes and The Happy Show.

Following the debut Malawi album​ last year, this next series of Beating Heart releases focuses on the vibrant sounds of South Africa, sampling field recordings made by Hugh Tracey back in the 1950s, with kind permission from the International Library of African Music.

Profits from the series will be used to support:​ the Women's Legal Centre, a group of female lawyers striving for gender equality across South Africa, particularly for black women, whose work has had a huge impact on the country's laws, and continues to do so; and the Access Music Project in Grahamstown where students will be able to learn production skills through remixing field recordings from the ILAM ​archive, learning about their heritage in the process.

Beating Heart will be performing​ summer festival takeovers at Glastonbury, Womad, Port Eliot, Boomtown, Obonjan (Croatia) and Secret Garden Party, with events in Malawi, South Africa and Uganda planned for the autumn.

Thanks to previous​ support, the 'Beating Heart - Malawi' album ​(Rudimental, Kidnap Kid, Clap! Clap!, Luke Vibert, Afriquoi & more) ​h​as​ funded the setting up of a sustainable school feeding program in Lilongwe, now feeding 450 kids once a day. More info at www.beatingheartproject.com

Days of Being Wild kicks off 2018 welcoming back french producer OFFSET to their imprint. Philippe Juven, that's his name, delivers three fresh cuts that will take you from a night drive back to San Junipero circa 1986. As always with OFFSET the sound is huge, machine cold but oh so human warm, perhaps exploring a more melodic or romantic side of the producer, definitely a nostalgic one. “Night Drive” with its robotic beat, syncopated bass and repetitive pop vocals drenched in reverb is reminiscent of these treasured 12” extended mixes found on the b-sides of your favourite techno pop band of the 80’s. You know the ones carved by Ship Pettibone and the likes and where you didn’t need to suffer the emo chorus of the original. “Chase” with its post nuke sequences is a trip straight down to your favourite video club where real size cardboard shapes of Snake Plissken and The Terminator were shadowy figures welcoming you to the sci-fi section.

After running into My Friend Dario recently, Hell Yeah chief Marco fell in love with some of the music he was played and so this next release had to happen.


The pair used to make music, specifically breakbeats, totters back in the day so go a long way back, Dario has a sound infused with world music and rebased the Sverna EP on this label before now. The ‘Sunset Outro’ track from this latest one has already been given big support by A Love From Outer Space so is set to be a big one.

The excellent ‘Sunset Outro’ takes a slightly darker turn, with heavy kicks and melancholic chords building an atmosphere. The chugging drums eventually get overlaid with a searching lead synth and vocal sounds that is perfect for getting the crowd into a groove.

It’s been a minute since we heard last from Montreal’s CLARIAN on KOMPAKT (KOM 356 – ANKH EP ) but by no means has his universe stopped expanding as he released the 2017 full length SYNTH WAVE (BALANCED) and collaborated with TIGA on STAY CLOSE and THEY JUST WANT 2 B U (w/ JAMIE PRINCIPE and FELIX DA HOUSECAT) singles. We welcome back CLARIAN with TIME SAFARI. The majority of the EP was a 2 year long process from recordings made in South Africa as a team effort ofRICHARD MARSHALL, BLANE VENTER and of course CLARIAN (along with many locals along the way) with the “ambient aspect” of the EP finished in India in summer 2018. By no means is this EP to be perceived as experimental recordings as each club track has a theme that is loyal to the dance floor with a goal of incorporated ambient recordings to create an immersive environment. The aim CLARIAN has with TIME SAFARI is to attempt to empower the idea that club music can go beyond simply being labeled as a genre and club motif but can also explore alternative, creative and most of all be a conduit to bring unity through all variations of art mediums into the night life scene. The ambient aspect of TIME SAFARI is CLARIAN’s homage to his heroes. Think if TUXEDOMOON collaborated with CARL SAGAN to create a weirdo version of COSMOS. In the case of this EP – a mega brief journey of human evolution through South Africa.
