It is with pride that MAISON CLOSE RECORDS announces the release of this first EP Unseen [MCR001]
with UNREALNUMBERS, marking the beginning of a long series of EPs with only one artist.
UNREALNUMBERS is a rising south korean talent based in Seoul. It was in London, the city where
he grew up, that he met the underground techno scene. His industrial music production, EBM and
noise stood out early during his schooling. In 2014, he started to draw inspiration from his various trips
between London and Berlin to assert his sound design. The producer also manages his own label «UN
LABEL CORP», aiming for raw power on the dance floor as well as a dark and dystopian aesthetic.

To accompany UNREALNUMBERS productions, two artists are also present on this release as remixers:
Varya Karpova; the new russian talent of the young agency Core Agency revealed on the Possession
label in 2020 and Lacchesi; co-founder of the Maison Close Records label.
[MCR001] is the promise of an obscure techno with influences from Berlin, London and Seoul.

"We can make it if we try" is the second single from CMD+JAZMINE's upcoming second album, You're not in trouble.

Written largely over the spring of 2025, her second project explores deeper club sounds, after a year of multiple single and EP releases, while holding onto her decade-long roots as a narrative documentary producer and sound designer. Her love of low-end thump remains, as the story of a shifting life unfolds over eight songs.

You're not in trouble trades in the computerized metaphors and dubbed disassociation of previous records towards a directness inspired by dancefloor vulnerability and deep conversation in club booths. Vocal samples and lyrics atmospherically shimmer over shifting drum patterns that range from "Disrespect"'s jungle breaks, the Jersey club bounce of "Escape hatch", and ballroom's skitter on "Seeking affection". The hard techno catharsis from "We can make it if we try" gives way to the sunrise of the second half of the album. "Origami" shines in trance and bright electronica, while "Finding footing in the chaos" is one last kick drum frenzy before heading to coat check. "Crimson" is a deep inhale of fresh air through gritted teeth and wobbly synthesizers, and closer "You can come back to my place if you want...?" is a deep, burning slow jam that slinks with muted drums and warm pads.

You're not in trouble is a journey of emotions that come from the club, and the personal reflection when you get home, deeply looking in the mirror as you put on a face mask.
