Squidbrain lands on W133, spicing up your summer break with some breaky tunes! The Berlin via Philly artist presents 4 originals on his digital EP entitled "Time Theft".

Kicking off the EP is "Zweimal Vierundsiebzig", a bouncy, slightly spooky roller that turns into a ravy weapon. Fun fact: The track got its name from Squidbrain's usual; 2 orders of number 74 at a Vietnamese takeaway restaurant.
Next, the EP's title track "Time Theft" comes in, a grimy track with nasty vocal samples, thick bass and swirling drones. 
The third track, "Dram", is a tension-building, shifting and angular bass tune that plays with loads of crazy sounds twirling around your head. 
Last but not least, we have "Levo", which starts off with distorted guitar-like sounds and dissonant mystical melodies. As the track develops, it gets heavier and builds energy before bursting open with striking melodies and chopped-up vocals.

The artwork photography is by Philipp Roth, and the EP is released on all digital platforms on 8.9.2024.

Thresher kicks off the release with a high-energy, claustrophobic affair topped off with rattling percussion and synths which turn your head inside out. Following "How To Make Good Music and Be A Happy Person", an album of early unreleased tracks dropped in November, 2022, Canadian producer Hrdvsion returns with "Captivated Heart: Remixed", a collection of remixes.

This new EP features reworks from carefully selected artists such as SHE Spells Doom, efemme, Sinistarr, Nathan Fake, Shanx and themselves as Hrdvsiovsivosvsiosvin. All remixers offer their very own version of the original track taken from Hrdvsion’s critically acclaimed second album "Where Did You Just Go?", released in 2010 on Wagon Repair.
