And now...back to business! To tag team business, to be even more precise as we see two of our long time friends and long time established Swiss producers teaming up in the studio to cook up the newest single to be released on Hive Audio these days – their „Hablando EP“.

With the original version of the title track „Hablando“ Dario D'Attis & David Aurel are catering a well sexy high end TechHouse vision, bringing on the heat with a muscular, highly seductive low end groove, crunchy shakers, Tribal percussions as well as trance-inducing, intertwined and corresponding motifs building up to ecstatic heights, all accompanied by longing female vocals and carefully arranged panorama strings for the most intense and captivating moments happening on a late night dancefloor.

At the controls for an astounding remix variation is SOAME, with his take on „Hablando“ providing a warm, playful and most of all uplifting take on the original, weighing in emotional, all embracing, bass-driven harmonies, frolicking, slightly modulated synths and a more dubbed out, softened feel – especially when it comes to the tunes most epic breakdown which will be sending all ravers hands high into the sky with its extended drumroll, escalating sweeps and somewhat Acid-reminiscent synth twists.

Exclusive Ivory 'Eyesberg Contact'

Have you ever made eyesberg contact to a person? Italian artist Ivory not only created a neologism with his latest track on Scatcity, moreover the in-demand producer describes the situation of a human encounter that is not crowned with success as it is one-sided and the warmth one has to give is not returned at an emotional level and can be summarized with the words 'Eyesberg Contact'. The highly acclaimed title track skillyfully transfers the aforementioned into notes. Starting off rather smoothly and making contact with the listener dark synth-chords echo in the background of the track. As soon as the bass line becomes more techy the sharp synth stabs exchange their reserved existence and step to the foreground. In a marching manner the track then turns to the dance floor track one would assume from Ivory – the twirling and twisting chords toss the listener around like a wildy maneuvered Titanic before it hit the iceberg.

Ivory's EP 'Eyesberg' will be released February 8th, 2019 on Scatcity.

EXCLUSIVE: Ivory - Eyesberg Contact [Scatcity]

'Hommage proudly welcomes the return of Valiete to our label with his debut EP. The Frankfurt-based producer impressed us with his remix of ‘Walls’ by label bosses Monkey Safari, which dropped earlier this year, and here he is with the Blackout EP. Valiete runs his own Empore label with friends Marc Wolf and Philipp Harm, launching the platform in 2014. Four years after the label launched, he released his first single ‘Saga’ and introduced the world to his energetic, emotive sound. On his debut, he showcases his unique talent with two original cuts, plus a sparkling remix from Re.You...

The EP begins with ‘Blackout’. As the title suggests this cut has an ominous atmosphere which Valiete builds carefully, with layers of percussion and moody synths. Creeping out from the shadows is a hypnotic melody which counteracts the dark mood, adding a sense of urgency. After a searing breakdown we enter the second part of this cut which distills the core elements down into a more minimal structure.

Next up is ‘Whitechapel’, a spellbinding track that combines soft, affecting timbres with Valiete’s penchant for exquisite percussive arrangement. The first half of this cut is sparse, with floaty atmospherics and the gentle thump of its bassline. Valiete guides us into a hushed breakdown full of anticipation, leading us into the second part of the track where things get a little bit strange...

Wrapping things up, Re.You turns in a delightful remix of ‘Whitechapel’. The cut utilises his trademark drums, respectfully taking key elements of the original and adding some of his own flavour. A steady build up ushers us into a mesmerising interlude and the track’s equally enchanting second half.'
