Morttagua's single "Telos" receives two wonderful revisions by Progressive greats Alex O'Rion and Lonya.

Released early last year, Telos had its magical melodies inspired by the tales of the ancient Lemurian city of light, home of higher consciousness living beings in the deep inside of "Hollow Earth".

Dutch progressive master Alex O'Rion debuts in Timeless Moment with a darker version of "Telos", bringing strong bass grooves together with new harmonic synths that go perfectly together with the original riff melodies. A true timeless mastery for peak time euphoric moments.

Israeli star Lonya is back to the label with a very deep and atmospheric version of Telos. Lonya's version incorporates new hypnotic arpeggios melodies, tight percussion work and deep grooves, perfect for that sunrise/sunset moment on the dance floor.

Premiere: Felipe Novaes & Dabeat - Cephei [Sprout]

'Cid Inc’s Replug Records welcomes Nopi back to the label for his first solo project. Ukrainian artist Nopi brings a surreal beauty to his innovative brand of electronic composition. His colourful synth leads, exotic percussive arrangements and smooth, dancefloor minded grooves have made for a sound that is all his own. Emerging in 2019, Nopi has enjoyed a three-year creative swell, earning the praise of electronic music tastemakers such as Behrouz, Guy J, Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sebastian Leger and more; while All Day I Dream, Do Not Sit and TRYBESof have served as landing spots for his transcendent sound. Having made his Replug debut in 2020 with a collaborative project alongside progressive music star Dmitry Molosh, Nopi now returns to the trailblazing imprint for his first solo effort entitled ‘Nature In The Home’. 

 Continuing to tread the waters between progressive and organic house, Nopi leans closer to the former on first track ‘Nature In The Mountains After Mushrooms’. A dizzying dance floor slam powered by potent kick drums and hyperspace effects. Rather than burst into a whirlwind or electronic symphony, Nopi delivers tension through slow burn repetition, dodging expectations and emphasizing his conceptual charm, painting bucolic scenes of solitude, as hypnagogic effects unveil a semi-conscious dreamland, before the Ukrainian’s creative attitude reveals itself during an interlude of colourful synth swagger and mesmerizing progression. 

 Beneath the powerful tidal waves of 'Nature In The Mountains After Mushrooms' lies the spellbinding realities of 'Mistake Forest’. Packed to the hilt with drama and emotion, its adventurous spirit is something Nopi relishes in, as he flexes a trance-inducing side of his studio repertoire. A genuine exchange of melody and texture provide the narrative, where themes of introspection and hope get translated by fuzzed out vocal fragments, thought-provoking musicality and machine-gun style grooves. 

 Continuing on a similar monochrome are the nostalgic qualities of the collection’s final selection 'Capadocia’. Profoundly idyllic, it's a composition that further cements Nopi's elusive vision, as its buoyant beginnings morph into a meditative, consciousness-expanding conversion of musical ideas. Dark rebounding rhythms and rolling basslines set the course for rustic hooks, prismatic effects and metallic arps, which ultimately puts a stamp on this thematic collection from one of progressive music’s rising mavericks.'

PREMIERE: James Beetham - Conjunction (Dmitry Molosh Remix) [Late Night Music]

Making their debut on Manual Music, Dutch duo Around Us present their album ‘Reaching Home’. 

Based in Amsterdam, Around Us first emerged in 2018, quickly establishing themselves as a rising act with releases via Balkan Connection’s BC2 and long-standing Dutch imprint LuPS Records. World class DJ and progressive music tastemaker Hernan Cattaneo was the first to chime in with support. Showcasing one of the duo’s early productions ‘Sleeping Blue’ as part of his hugely popular Resident podcast. A bond with the Manual Music collective was also formed early on, as the well-received ‘Voyager’ EP landed in 2019 courtesy of label affiliate Cinematique. Four years later and Around Us now sits on a well-kept resume, with key projects on Click Records, Clubsonica, Freegrant Music and Manual Music’s progressive minded MNL division, all serving as vehicles for the duo’s deep and groovy sounds. Continuing on an upwards trajectory, Around Us now presents their first ever album project entitled ‘Reaching Home’ care of Paul Hazendonk’s Manual Music. 

Around Us’ capacity for storytelling - both comforting and challenging - resonates across the album’s second showcase piece ‘Homecoming’. Shot in high-definition and full of detail and idiosyncrasies, it's a poignant voyage where the duo explores a storyboard of indistinct vocal arrangements, balmy swells and meandering musical coactions.

Just Movement opens the fall season by welcoming AxeLara back to the label for a new EP. Hailing from Argentina, AxeLara has been a frequent contributor to Just Movement since making his label debut in 2017. Following a contribution to the Summer VA series, The Mar del Plata resident has gone on to record eleven originals and remix across five years. With Manual Music’s MNL division and Kaito Aman’s Terasonic Records also serving as recent landing spots for Axe’s progressive sound, the Argentinean artist now finds his way back to Just Movement for a much-anticipated EP entitled ‘Aglaia / True Lies’, alongside remixes from Alex O’Rion and Sebastian Sellares.

The release concludes with Sebastian Sellares making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘True Lies’. Hailing from one of Argentina’s most talent-rich regions in Cordoba, Sebastian Sellares has taken his melodic sound to some of progressive music’s premiere imprints. UK behemoth Anjunadeep, Antrim’s Or Two Strangers, GMJ and Matter’s meanwhile and US powerhouse Proton Music have all served as landing spots for the Argentine’s beloved sound, while world class DJs Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J have been steadfast supporters along the way. In what would have to be considered Sebastian’s most prolific year to date, the fast-rising phenom now makes his Just Movement debut with a peak time rendition of ‘True Lies’. In taking the original’s sensibility Sebastian goes a level up with driving percussive arrangements and full rolling grooves. From this confident club energy comes smooth atmospheric phrasing and buoyant rhythms leading in the break. Looking to bring further emotion to the narrative, percussion gently fades and atmosphere rises across the centrepiece, planting gentle splashes of serotonin along the way, before ultimately breaking off into a heads down finale. A sensational remix from Sebastian, rounding out what is another excellent project from Just Movement stalwart AxeLara. Don’t miss it.

Univack presents 'The Sky Is Red', a two-original EP by french artists Ias Ferndale @iasferndale & Aurel Den Bossa @aurel-den-bossa . Both producers have already worked together many times, showing a perfect symbiosis which results very particular music style, with a lot of resources and features from different genres. 

The EP is completed with a beautiful Organic House remix of The Sky Is Red, made by also french artist Florian Gasperini @florian-gasp , who presents a pretty different version from the original mix, a track full of emotional elements as usual in this talent producer.
