Jepe lands on Surrrealism with "Portraits EP".

The Portuguese talent signs a beautifully crafted release, combining all his skills for a myriad of aural sensations in 4 formidable tracks. Alican is the perfect guest to put the finishing touch with a high-flying remix.

"Portraits" leads the way. With a surgeon's subtlety, Jepe delights us with his most sensual side. A waste of elegant and warm sounds, accompanied by a masterful Vars who with his voice enhances the beauty of a track for fine ears. Activate your senses, Jepe is in the house.

"Wutzsee" is the second track of this story. Once you've warmed up, it's time to tighten the screws. Showing his versatility, the Portuguese virtuoso changes his jacket to show us another of his facets. A rhythm marked with a melody that advances stealthily towards the abyss. A brand new name on Manual Music as Sean and Amber aka Kakura enter the long running Dutch imprint with a double A-sider that features the tracks 'Witcher' and 'Vermillion'.

The release kicks off with 'Witcher', a melodic tension builder crafted on a strong layer of afro beats and percussion. Super fierce and ever mysterious, this one properly sets the tone for what's to follow next.

'Vemillion' takes things up a notch as the tempo is increased and so are the energy levels. Resulting in a proper peak time effective dancefloor burner. All systems go!

And now for something special, as we are proud to present the remix winner- and runner up for the 'Witcher' remix contest we did together with FMM (finishmoremusic). Wisso did an amazing job, taking the afro elements of the original to the next level and belding a gritty, relentless arpeggiator to the mix, whilst Arqade took a totally different approach with his broken beats electronica version. Both very worthy of their appearance on this release without a doubt!

And if that's not enough, Kamilo Sanclemente makes his long awaited return to the label and has brought his mate Jossem along for the ride as the pair remix 'Vermillion', shaping it up for the progressive house audience to love.

His love for music kicked in during the late 80’s. He spent his time listening to tunes (presented to him by his dad), such as, Boney M, ABBA, NKOTB, Madonna, Jason Donavan, MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, Whitney Houston, Guns n Roses, Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, Take That, Gary Barlow and many more......

As he grew out of his teens, his entire sphere of musicology landed onto a new platform, Grunge! He dwelled into the sea of Rock n Roll. He became more open to his ideology of music after collaborating with artists in different Genres across Europe including countries like Switzerland and France.

During the year 2010 when he visited Mumbai. Hash attended an evening of which was spun by a close friend. The blissful melody, the deep bass lines and an everlasting tone - ‘ACID HOUSE‘, hit him right away! The entire night was about diving deeper into the groove. He was hit by sounds of John Digweed, Sasha & Frankie Knuckles.

The velocity for the groove of Acid House had set in and he finally enrolled with the renowned Music School, ILM (I Love Music Academy) towards the Professional DJ Course. Upon completion, his ability to mix different genres during the years to come, would take him to a new beginning.

Hash sets are galactical, spacey and filled with emotions. Famed for his love of playing opening sets and after parties. Hash knows how to keep a crowd going until way past dawn thanks to his skills of years of listening and mixing. His style is MELODIC, GROOVY & MASSIVE DROP!!

Hash has performed and spun his high basslines and melodic tunes at some of the best known venues across the cities while also composing guest mixes for international music channels across Europe, Americas and Asia. He has also provided music consultations for various fashion shows and Art Galleries. His strong cross-cultural experience in music only derives him to one motto every time he hits the decks....LOVE, SUPPORT & BOUNCE!
