The Portuguese talent signs a beautifully crafted release, combining all his skills for a myriad of aural sensations in 4 formidable tracks. Alican is the perfect guest to put the finishing touch with a high-flying remix.

"Portraits" leads the way. With a surgeon's subtlety, Jepe delights us with his most sensual side. A waste of elegant and warm sounds, accompanied by a masterful Vars who with his voice enhances the beauty of a track for fine ears. Activate your senses, Jepe is in the house.

"Wutzsee" is the second track of this story. Once you've warmed up, it's time to tighten the screws. Showing his versatility, the Portuguese virtuoso changes his jacket to show us another of his facets. A rhythm marked with a melody that advances stealthily towards the abyss. A brand new name on Manual Music as Sean and Amber aka Kakura enter the long running Dutch imprint with a double A-sider that features the tracks 'Witcher' and 'Vermillion'.

The release kicks off with 'Witcher', a melodic tension builder crafted on a strong layer of afro beats and percussion. Super fierce and ever mysterious, this one properly sets the tone for what's to follow next.

'Vemillion' takes things up a notch as the tempo is increased and so are the energy levels. Resulting in a proper peak time effective dancefloor burner. All systems go!

And now for something special, as we are proud to present the remix winner- and runner up for the 'Witcher' remix contest we did together with FMM (finishmoremusic). Wisso did an amazing job, taking the afro elements of the original to the next level and belding a gritty, relentless arpeggiator to the mix, whilst Arqade took a totally different approach with his broken beats electronica version. Both very worthy of their appearance on this release without a doubt!

And if that's not enough, Kamilo Sanclemente makes his long awaited return to the label and has brought his mate Jossem along for the ride as the pair remix 'Vermillion', shaping it up for the progressive house audience to love.

This two-track release explores the concept of singularity, the hypothetical future event in which artificial intelligence surpasses human intelligence, through a unique blend of futuristic soundscapes and emotive melodies.

The first track, “Transcendence,” delves into the merger of AI and humanity, featuring a prominent heartbeat in the breakdown to emphasize the organic nature of this union.

“Singularity is an exploration of the potential future of humanity and technology,” says Ghazi.

CASOMAT006 is the ‘White Spring’ EP - two originals by Swiss producer Normen Hood and remixes by Deckert and Lerm & Hamoon. Based in Zürich, Normen Hood cites the mountains and rivers around his home as the inspiration for his music. And considering the consistent stream of quality output he produces, the inspiration is quite clearly (both literally and figuratively) flowing.

The two originals on the EP, ‘White Spring’ and ‘Luna’, both show Normen’s aptitude for melodies, with both being built around their own respective centrepiece synth-lines. White Spring’s is a looping arpeggio, almost disorientating at points, with the main motif being reflected and flipped and delayed and played back from all directions. Luna starts slow and gradually builds, teasing at what’s to come for a good 4 minutes before finally opening up into a huge pad, lush & expansive and completely enveloping the listener.

On remix duties for ‘White Spring’ is German producer Deckert, coming fresh off the back of a string of releases on labels like Stil Vor Talent, Connected and URSL. Sometimes alone, sometimes with production partner Aaaron and sometimes as part of electronic live act DEORBITING, Deckert clearly draws inspiration from numerous genres and styles and uses it to his advantage, creating diverse and innovative music.

Rounding out the EP is LERM & Hamoon’s interpretation of ‘Luna’. Budapest-based LERM and Tehran-based Hamoon are no strangers to each other, having already spent last summer collaborating and working on original music together - the results of which are starting to appear on labels like Future Frequencies. Hamoon says that his primary goal is to use synths to introduce unexplored experimental places to the realm of contemporary electronic music, an attitude which he and LERM clearly have in common. Their output can be described as interesting & thought-provoking music for connaisseurs, unafraid to break norms and venture into uncharted territories.
