Is The Q Factor The Answer?

Norwegian producer Tomas Dahl aka TD makes his return to Francesco Pico's Magnitude Recordings imprint after having released his beautiful single 'Everything Goes' on the label before.

Where 'Everything Goes' showcased his beautiful voice, his new single 'Kate's Bush' is an instrumental piece. An intense tension builder, meticulously produced with the attention to even the slightest detail as we've come to expect from him. Another quality addition to TD's discography which is getting more and more impressive after having released on labels such as Platipus, MNL, Sound Avenue, Manual Music, Stellar Fountain and more.

Another artist returning to Magnitude Recordings is London based producer MXV. This time on remix duties he reworks TD's track with great result, providing a nice dreamy but very dancefloor friendly contrast.

All in all another outstanding single from Francesco Pico's Magnitude Recordings label which has been gaining a lot of momentum lately.

'Everybody Is Someone's Model' already marks the fourth appearance of the seasoned Russian producer after his collab 'Broh Canville EP' with Ewan Rill, his solo release 'Baurro / Fara' and his remix for GuyRo's 'El Murciano'.

Both 'Everybody Is Someone's Model' and 'Blaugamma' are intelligent and chunky progressive house rollers as we've come to expect from K Loveski. Pure quality and expected to gain a lot of traction from the usual suspects in the scene.

Two of the most exciting progressive house producers from the USA carry the weight of the latest MNL release as Kaspar Tasane drops two brand new originals and Kai Castro joins on remix duties.

Kasper Tasane has been making name for himself in the past five years by putting out a strong run of high quality progressive house releases in his own distinctive sound. His productions always sound fresh and airy, and have got that kinda trancey vibe going on as you'll hear whilst listening to his latest two productions 'Mirrormask' and 'Spellbinder'. Pure bliss!

Kai Castro is a fast emerging talent from Austin, Texas who first entered the scene two years ago. He takes on 'Mirrormask' and got so inspired by the song that he decided two make two totally different but equally cool interpretations. The first remix is a nice progressive dreamer whilst the 'Afterhours Dub' sounds like a timeless deep tech tune, a proper heady one.

Haen said: "I've always liked the idea of fusing dark, grungy elements with warm, clean & soothing tones. 'To Those We Left Behind' came about as a result of this. However, it was also written during a time where people from my past started to reappear in my life. I came to understand that in order to truly move on & progress in life, we have to let go of people who were once extremely important to us. This was a sad realisation, and I attempted to express my feelings through music. 'To Those We Left Behind' is an ode to the people I loved & had to let go, and a way for me to immortalise their importance".
