SCAR return to the label for the first time since the release of their debut album, ‘The Orkyd Project’, with a 4 track EP entitled ‘The Wrong Side’ which without doubt highlights some of the duos best work yet.

Naomi Pryor, whose voice featured strongly across the album, takes the lead on the title track with some haunting but playful vocals, whilst SCAR have also invited the legendary 2 Bad Mice to put their own unique stamp on ‘The Wrong Side’.

‘Make Em Know’ shows further versatility in SCAR’s work and is guaranteed to be favourite on the dancefloor in the years to come. Rounding off the EP is ‘Beside Me’ with another vocalist you may remember from ‘The Orkyd Project’ – Eleanor Higgins. Alongside her wonderful voice is Ben Hadwen on saxophone and flute duties, bubbling over to create one of the jazziest pieces of drum and bass you’re likely to hear in a while.

Lifeforms is Charlie Molden from the Oxford, UK and Maor Tsemah from Israel. Molden has started his musical career as First Flex on the infamous Alchemy Records, but then realised that his heart belongs to the Progressive realms of psychedelica. In Veldaki, architecture have a very important place, and building landscapes is considered as a fundamental art. But sometimes it can go too far : one kingdom, the Tablosehfal Kingdom, covered all its land with giant stone slabs, and replaced forests by statues, leading to its decline.
In the year 9245, the last wish of the old Rynegaane Hesz was to offer a shelter for his people, and he builds himself his own sepulchre on a mountain not far from a big city, Minankelhas.
His wishes were answered, but forgotten, and an entire world appears in his shrine, due to a powerful Tablosehfal charm. When this world was re-discovered, an entire gold rush leads millions of people inside this empty place, but then they discovered that they are stuck inside, without any form of nature.

Manufakture started out as a bedroom DJ back in 2001 aged 15. It wasn't until September 2009 after a few years of raving that he got lucky enough to be on the other side of the decks, playing a debut set in the legendary Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff as support for headliner and Jungle legend DJ Randall at the Neuropol Dubstep Promotion. Since then Manufakture has got himself a number of local resident slots and has gained quite a name in and around the South Wales area and has supported and played alongside some of the biggest names in the industry at some legendary clubs and events.
