Hace 3 años viví la maravillosa experiencia de participar en el Festival Burning Man en USA, y al mismo tiempo tener una corta gira por Norteamérica.

Para esa aventura, decidimos crear junto a mi gran amigo Albert Hofmann, un tributo a nuestras raíces musicales (era lo mínimo que podíamos hacer por ser hijos de la Capital de la Salsa, Cali).

Hoy, para traer de nuevo a la vida el lanzamiento de nuestra canción ¡Que viva!, queremos compartirles este sabroso homenaje a la música y la vida.

Three years ago I had a 'life chancing' chance to be in Burning Man Festival, and tour shortly around USA at the same trip.

For that adventure, Albert Hofmann and I decided to create a tribute to our musical heritage (honestly was the least we could do keeping in mind we're sons of 'Salsa' Capitol, Cali).

Today, we decided to bring back to life our release ¡Que viva! and share this 'Tasteful' tribute to life and music.

We found ourselves in the sunny country of Dubai surrounded by family. For this special edition we decided to give the spotlight to our amazing friend and brother D'Arksy.

There are a few people in this world that we love indefinitely and he and his gorgeous wife Lisa are two of them. We are happy to have the opportunity to share his music with all of you.

Go into a 100bpm mode and enjoy an exceptional set, that starts in them with an extract from The Epic of Gilgamesh the Babylonian King sung in ancient Sumerian.

Parham was born in Tehran and moved to the States in the late 90's, currently based in Seattle. He started playing string instruments as a child and developed a taste for New Age and World Music. 
Parham's interest in electronic music developed during the late 80's & early 90's when the genre was gaining commercial popularity. Fascinated by the legendary Jean Michel Jarre and other electronic music pioneers, Parham's speakers & headphones were dominated by the sounds p Mo ulsating from Proton Radio, which provided heavy doses of the genre by way of DJ mixes from all around the globe. Legendary radio shows, such as John Digweed's "Transitions" became a source of inspiration for Parham. 

A lifelong lover of music, Parham is currently exploring global, deep & progressive sounds, as well as working on personal and collaborative projects in production of original tracks.

I wanted to say thanks to my friends @manukasound for giving me the opportunity to express myself during these times, where we all take a breath of something new. Here I present the Valley of knowledge, chapter three of the seven Valleys.

The Seven Valleys is a guide for human conduct, that one should search out one's "own imperfections and not think of the imperfections of anybody else", to "strive to be free from imperfections" and that "nothing is more fruitful for man than the knowledge of his own shortcomings”.
