XYZ and When We Dip present the Selectors series, where we give our family of producers an opportunity to display their prowess behind the decks. Expect unreleased material from across the label collective, as well as classic gems and heady grooves from some of the underground's finest selectors.

We're thrilled to welcome Ian O'Donovan for episode 101 of XYZ Selectors. The prolific Irish producer and label veteran (check out the stunning Still Waters LP) gifts us with a magical mix, featuring his latest XYZ composition; a remix of Koelle & Reza Safinia's Reverie, released on September 29th.  

Staying true to his style, which made him a pillar of the label in the early years, Ian O'Donovan opens the track with a riding hat groove that lays on the bass progression. The iconic horn from the original mix is then unleashed, leading into a break where the harmony develops in full effect. O'Donovan finishes by adding an acid layer to the bass, an exclamation point to the already driving track.

Giza DJs, consisting of Gian Pietro Dragoni and Tiziano Santomaso, are a renowned Italian electronic music duo known for their distinctive style blending melodic synths with raw effects, inspired by the Dolomite mountains. Manu López Sound is a Argentinian/Italian Dj & Producer born in Buenos Aires Province. He started his career in the Capital City, a perfect place to develope in the world electronic music scene. 

His musical influences came from international Rock, Electronic , Indie and Afro American styles, generating a characteristic sound in live shows and music production 

After moving to Europe, he made Electronic Music production studies in Yamaha Music School in Valencia, where he took his first step as producer.  

Nowadays his music is in different labels like Natura Viva, Saisons, Sirin Music,  Beat Boutique and many more upcoming.  
Beside that he owns a electronic music project called PRCPTN wich connect people with melodies that shake all the senses and a caughty groove wich allow the audience to express through dance.
