BIO:
Warm, groovy tech house paired with well selected melodic elements - that's Ron Flatter's recipe for an energetic mix on the dance floor: No matter if it's warm up, peak time or closing. You can feel his irresistible energy on stage and also throughout all of his plentiful productions.

In the last decades his passion for electronic music led the German DJ and producer Ron Flatter all around the world. Ron's unique sound design and melodies thrilled fans everywhere on the planet. In Brazil, Japan, Russia, Indonesia and many other countries he was able to captivate the audience with his sets. The crowd in legendary clubs such as Berlin's Tresor, Kater Blau or Sisyphos regularly enjoys Ron's energy and unmistakably groovy sound.
Because of his long touring history Ron can look back on many magnificent memories. One huge highlight for him are his Lebanon shows - the energy of the people always gives Ron goose bumps.

Ron's many years of touring have also brought curious unique moments with them - like a gig at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao when he played between van Gogh and Picasso. There are also wonderful memories from festivals like Fusion or Feel Festival - events known for their magical atmosphere.

However, Ron's energy is not only reflected in his gigs, but also in the studio. In 2003 he released his first record ‘Playmate’ on Hi-Fi Records - the beginning of a long journey.
In 2008 his first milestone as a music producer followed: a release on the legendary label Boxer Sport. One year later Ron founded his own imprint Pour La Vie Records. This label also became the home of his first album 'Growth Rings' in 2011.
2013 was the year of Ron's first hit release on the legendary Cologne-based label Traum Schallplatten, 'Mantequilla'. His first EP on the Berlin label Stil Vor Talent followed. In 2018 Ron released his second album 'Muscle Of Synths', again on Pour La Vie Records. Numerous singles and EPs followed on well-known imprints like Einmusika, Katermukke, Hive Audio, Parquet Rec., Motek, Style Records, Definition Records, Beat Boutique or Ritter Butzke Studio. For the future we can expect a lot from Ron: releases on Eleatics, Pour La Vie Rec., many remixes and even a third album are already in the pipeline.

Geschmeidig wie ein Raubkatze im Dschungel bahne ich mir den Weg durch die schlafende Stadt. Die Stille wird abrupt unterbrochen durch ein dumpfes Hämmern aus einem dunklen Fabrikgebäude. Wie der Gesang der Sirenen zieht mich das rhythmische Trommeln in seinen Bann. Als ich in die große Halle trete und mich das Wummern aus dem Boxen trifft, habe ich das nächtliche Leben der Betonwüste gefunden. Hier werde ich eins mit der Stimme der Stadt und verschwinden für Stunden vielleicht sogar Tage im Großstadtdschungel!
An solchen Orten fühlt sich auch unser heutiger Gastmusiker Raphael Hofman am liebsten. Der Produzent aus Berlin nimmt euch heute mit in seinen urbanen Kosmos und serviert knackige Beats und rundet seine deep story mit einem Schuss Acid ab.

Berlin-based Mona Moore has been a passionate lover of electronic music since the year 2000. Sooner or later, she just had to venture behind the decks. She had her debut in what she now calls "her living room" - the iconic Berlin club, KaterBlau. Since then, she has performed innumerable times both within and outside of the capital. 

Over the last year or so, Moore has entered the production side of things with original releases on Katz&Kauz and Rebellion der Traumer. Mona describes her music as describes a deep, groovy and melodic techno / deep house. Her philosophy when she is playing: "Sharing the love of music and thereby forgetting a few hours of space and time"

We have been following Mona Moore for a couple of years now, and love her unique take on melodic techno. We are super grateful for this exclusive mix, Institution 069: Mona Moore

That's how the native Berliner got to the turntables and got going. Between progressive house and melodic techno, Lueking has found his own style and continues to develop. A young artist you should keep an eye on!

Born in Asturias (North of Spain) has been a music passionate since birth. in 2011 he moved to Turkey where his sounds got an important influence. Was in 2013 when he moved to Berlin immersing himself into the underground scene finding the soul of his music style. Is one of founder behind Ruhetag sessions.
He loves  spherical sounds, groovy bass lines, fat beats and infectious melodies. This artist from Spain knows how to stand out in the electronic scene through continual experimentation with a subconscious harmony through rhythm, melody and movement.
