This particular area, for me, is quite fascinating because one of the things that I'm interested in is interested in consciousness. What is consciousness? Is it something which is just limited to the skull? Is it within the mind? Is it just the functioning of the brain? Was it something much wider than that? And can the near-death experience help us with this at all?
