The Quantumethod is a Spiritual practice that uses Relaxation, Meditation and Creative Visualization.
At the beginning of each level I will guide you through a physical relaxation to enhance the feeling of rest, and to connect with a deeper state of Cosmic Consciousness. 
We recommend to practice The Quantumethod from the Seventh Level to the First Level where you will become One with Source.
-On the Seventh Level You will practice creative visualization, thinking and imagining vividly what activities you see yourself doing in six months.
-On the Sixth Level You will practice declaring outcomes, see on the screen of your mind Yourself living an Ideal Day; a day full of possibilities.
-On the Fifth Level You will practice being thankful, opening the doors for abundance.
-On the Fourth Level You will practice connecting with the energetic field, connecting you with the Source of existence.
-On the Third Level You will practice liberation, getting rid of emotional burden, feeling light and free.
-On the Second Level You will practice accepting graciously the many blessings from Mother Nature and channeling these blessings to the world.
-On the First Level You will practice presence, your attention is on your breath, with it form a field of energy around you and feel the air connecting your awareness with the Cosmic Presence.
At the end of each level I will guide you to exit the meditation or you can do it on your own by counting from 5...to 1.
