The second track of the EP Reality Began To Dawn Upon Her. This song echoes a spark that lights the sky for someone, only to fade before it can warm the night. You see that person like a whispered promise but suddenly the feeling fades away, leaving silence. The melancholic songs begins sweet, but explodes like the relation, lost in the wind before the notes can find their place.

Having considered cosmos consciousness with their debut ‘Universal’ and the extent of human potential with ‘Gold of the Highest’, Anglo-French trio Safetalk return to earth with third single ’Mimic’ released this November on new Paris based label Splinter. A psychic call to arms against the forces that seek to limit and contain us, ‘Mimic’ takes aim at those who seek to build walls around both our hearts and minds and our physical selves. Built around a call and response between the song’s lyrics and its powerful instrumentation, its rallying cry to speak up and demand change is carried along by the metronomic beat and borne aloft by the towering waves of crystalline synths and pulsating bass.
