‘Holes of Sinian’ is the fourth studio album from Shanghai based artist 33EMYBW, and features collaborations with Marina Herlop, Batu, Forrest Gander and oxi peng.


‘Time is a porous Sinian stone.

The mystery of the Sinian stone lies in the "holes" rather than the "stones" - these holes constitute the beauty of the Sinian stone, forming overlapping gaps and penetrating scenes, and also constructing the existence of the Sinian stone itself . The mysteries and contingencies of life are like holes in stone, densely covered in time, leaving fractal paths and jumping clues in the evolution history of the earth. Ghosts of the oldest Ediacaran biota wander among them - "Evolution Failed!" But instead of dying, they drift from rocky crevices into another dimension, from hole to hole, haunting them in nonlinear time, replanning another arrival.’

we ask that you think outside the box and rethink the DJ art form.

We Proudly present Quiet Feel (@quietfeel) for our first mixtape she is an EL Paso trans DJ who is shaking up the local music scene with her soft but also harsh sound.

“My name is Dani Rodriguez, I go by the DJ name Quiet Feel. I started DJing in late 2023 with encouragement by my talented DJ friends. I have always been drawn to the fusion of the beautiful and the grotesque, underground and the mainstream, feminine and masculine, soft and harsh. As a kid in the 2000’s to mid 2010’s, I grew up listening to iconic pop artists like Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, and Rihanna. at the same time, growing up chronically online allowed me to easily find any music I wanted. I loved the bloghouse/electro house era of the 2000’s, listening to artists like Crystal Castles, Justice, and SebastiAn. 

The music I DJ is influenced by these eras of music which were so formative in helping develop my music taste. This mix is also heavily inspired by the record label PC Music, Hyperpop, SOPHIE, and features several remixes and edits by rising DJ and producer, KAVARI. This mix is inspired by metallic, wet, harsh, crunchy industrial textures. 

As a trans artist, I feel inclined to share the work of other emerging queer and trans artists, whose music I deeply connect with.”
