 Eventually, the interest in Marengo as a public attraction in Freiburg died down and the crew let him go to Leipzig in Sachsen. The people there thought that Marengo should be capable of breeding bold-hearted flat racehorses and sent him to new clubs.

Immersed in Berlin’s music undercurrents, MAR crafts soundscapes filled with sometimes hypnotic driving sound, sometimes hardgroove, sometimes bouncy grooves, but always with underground vigor. Her sets offer nuanced energy, a versatile, well curated track selection and an intense engagement with the music. 
Despite her young age, she is already deeply rooted in the electronic music scene: as co-founder of decompression and member of ATARAXIA she curates her own events. Since 2022 MAR plays regularly in Berlin’s clubs, at festivals (e.g. Feel Festival) and outwards of Berlin.
