Paradise Loops is a weekly groove infused mix series aimed to provide a backdrop of balearic, anthemic and nostalgic sounds on those sun-soaked glory days.

‘We all DJ individually, but it’s nice to have the chance where we can play together. We all have our own style of DJing, and when we play together I think it helps us move out of our comfort zone. We’re all big trance fans, and this mix was an opportunity to explore some music that we rarely get to play much. It’s high energy and euphoric, we had a load of fun recording it’.

Paradise Loops 048 w/ Zaltsman, Tech Support & Nifty

Hailing from Dublin, 22 year old DJ and producer Kevin Murtagh has been making the most of his short time within the scene, showcasing his talent to promote the unique underground flavour of deep minimal house, which is still a comparatively niche sound within our Irish shores. 

Recently rebranding his work under the new alias 'AXIAL', he has worked tirelessly to catapult himself deep into the industry, by providing countless guest mixes to various nationwide collectives, taking up music production and playing gigs in the likes of 39/40 and The Turks Head pre lockdown. By enrolling in the BIFE Music Production course, taught by Doug Cooney and Sunil Sharpe, AXIAL hopes to take his production to the next level going into the future, progressing upon his already released cuts. 

He is also a Phever FM regular with his bi-weekly show entitled 'Hausify' in which he has held down since May 2020 and a resident writer for the label333 'Project Radio', where he helps to promote the Irish scene.

Since the very first days of our journey we tried to get a nice balance between top-notch players and rising artists basing our dogma in releasing good music for the service of the dancefloor. That’s why we are more than pleased with our next release, and we want to give a nice welcome to Billingy and his single ‘ARD’. Tittle track ‘ARD’ plays a raw-house kick with sharp and swinging hats that set an actual and demanded 2020-beat. A 909-rimshot plays as main character during the track adding a nice feel, that is awesomely answered with a nice open-hat. Another outstanding element to take into account is the great MC vocal that is what really makes the difference in ‘ARD’.
