I really like this Marc! I reckon thetes a vocal edit betsion in there ascwell as this monster 12inch / extrnded version youve created! 

So after a year's absence I finally managed to create another tune.  The title is something of an in joke and refers unflatteringly to what I look like in my winter running gear.

I chose German for the title as the tune reminds me very much of european techno from the late 1990s.  Also, it is still part of my process of coming to terms with the UK leaving the EU.

The bongo break was inspired by the Incredible Bongo Band's cover of Apache; a truly magnificent reinterpretation of The Shadows' classic.

This is one of the earliest electronic tracks i wrote and was inspired by by Erik Satie's Gymnopedies.  I loved the dreamy feel and simplicity of these piano pieces.  Erik Satie was a maverick, his music was widely criticised and scorned by criticsat the time, with some even daring to suggest he could not compose.  Yet to me and indeed many others over the 150 odd years since there is a graceful beauty and simplicity in his Gymnopedies. He can arguably be called the father of Minimalism as one can see a direct link between his compositions and the work of 20th century minimalist composers such as Terry Riley and Phillip Glass and the amibient works of Brien Eno and Aphex Twin.
