Of Turkish origins but born and raised just outside of Zurich, Alci’s entry into DJing came via Hip Hop and street culture, trying his hand at graffiti and breakdancing before discovering turntables. Igniting his passion for music, his taste has evolved over the years, shifting into the electronic world where he now places his sound between funky House grooves and minimalistic Techno.

At the age of 17 he was already on the Zurich circuit and today is called upon to play all around the world - tINI&Gang, Fuse London, Caprice Festival, Rex Club, Gesthouse, Resolute NY, Un_Mute and more. A self-professed vintage head, when it comes to his own productions he’s keen to strike the balance between analogue gear and new technology.

Saudi selector and LYMM co-founder, Majid has become integral in the Middle East community. He has grown in tandem with cultural happenings in Saudi Arabia and further afield where appearances at the likes Club der Visionaere, Studio Stereo, Soundscapes, Fabrika Festival, and closer to home, the Beast House series are becoming the norm for Majid. 

Having performed at our last two Saudi editions alongside Beast House, Majid exemplified the deeper aspects of house and techno while still keeping things fresh. We couldn't wait to welcome him to our mix series and he has delivered a recording that doubles down on the impact of these live performances. Shimmering deep house bleeds effortlessly into dub flecked percussive numbers, and with the mix peppered with attitude soaked vocals this mix slaps as much at dawn as it does at dusk.

Founder and co-owner of “MDK” project since 2021 and playing music since 2018, Geroge likes to engage his audience by having sets with a storytelling nature, strong and groovy basslines, crispy claps and cheeky percussions, complimented by an intricate background sound that controls the mood he wants to pursue. Not bound by specific styles but driven by rhythm, texture and atmosphere, he is focused on the underground sound, moving fluidly between genres to find his own groove and flow that speaks to the moment and connects people on the dance floor.
