01 Ouverture

From the acceptance of the deficiencies of our world derives a necessity to create "A New World".
This album explores this process of transformation.
It is a search that uses movement and stillness to attempt to reach a space where reality can make sense again.
As in all voyages, there is excitement and unease as we move through the unknown.

Marc Codsi is a Lebanese musician who played a pivotal role in shaping Beirut's post-war music scene. He is known for his work with the Lebanese post-rock band Scrambled Eggs, the electronic new-wave duo Lumi, and the Arabic dream-pop project Zalfa. In addition to his collaborative work, he has ventured into experimental sounds with his solo albums and composed a lot for cinema and theater.
