Jaytech - Entropy (Original Mix)

An almost constant presence within Markus Schulz's livesets; fewer producers have had a bigger breakout year than Colombia's Khomha. The Medellin native has gathered quite a following since his track Rainy in the Night lit up the opening foray of Prague '11; and his remix of Dakota's Sinners is still held in popular esteem. Not resting on his laurels, he's back and presenting a huge three track E.P. on Coldharbour Red. 

Leading the way is 507 - packed with the typical energetic buildup of a Khomha production, it makes way for a beautiful and hypnotic break that slowly gathers energy before a crescendo of booming pads guarantees plenty of hands in the air moments on the dancefloor. The track was exclusively featured on Markus' Be at Space Ibiza mix compilation, and has been a prominent appearance maker in his summer season festival sets. 

Next up is Magnetik; f using a cool and groovy bassline with another emotionally-driven break, the track went over massively during Markus' performance at Electric Zoo in New York over Labor Day weekend, as well as his headlining performance at Space in Ibiza at the end of August. At the End is a tough and electro-influenced affair which will appeal to those who enjoy their club nights going well into the morning. 

507 will lead the way due to its now anthem status on the Global DJ Broadcast World Tour, but it is only a matter of time before Magnetik and At the End follow suit. All three tracks prove that Khomha is a talent rapidly on the rise

Zack Roth is making a return to the Colorize imprint following his Togo remix earlier in 2012. Zack is hereby presenting one of his strongest productions to date. The Original is an uplifting and bursting of energy but with a slightly funky and progressive bassline.

The Russian duo, Atlantis Ocean, have pulled off a rougher production this time compared to their earlier work - get ready for a gritty and clubby bassline, and pure melodic goodness.

Robert Nickson is back again on Colorize with his RNX guise. He goes all deep with this mix; beautiful and lush pads, and a breakdown to die for!

Fantastic display of diversity on this release and a great first release on Colorize by Zack Roth!

The 358th release on Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic's Mistique Music sees Part 3 of DJ Noor & Stefan Addo's 'Distances' getting its release. The track was originally released in September of 2012 with Part 2 seeing it's release 3 months later. Now for Part 3 of 'Distances' we have new remixes from Fernando Ferreyra, Atrium Sun and DJ Ceratti & Juan Pablo Graziano. 

The first remix is supplied by long time Mistique artist Fernando Ferreyra. The Argentinean producer closed out 2012 incredibly strong with releases on Lowbit and OLD SQL. This will be Fernando's 11th appearance on Mistique and he's delivered a top notch remix here. Fernando's 'Distances' interpretation begins with a drummy framework that really packs some dance floor punch. Warm bass tones along with celestial melodies fill the air and bring a heavenly vibe which flows smoothly into the main breakdown. Here some complementary vocal pads, bell like melodies and dynamic atmospheric accents provide a gorgeous musical interlude. The rolling groove reappears with a sense of restraint as not to ruin the gorgeous moment. The track closes with more newly formed melodies teasing the emotions and senses for a great finish.

The second remix comes from Atrium Sun who is making his 10th appearance on Mistique. The Russian producer provides a tough break beat interpretation that's going to be very powerful on the dance floor. Tough beats combined with wicked chord changes and electric sounding melodic lines keep the energy sky high as the track reaches the main break. Here the melodies get expanded upon and showcased wonderful as the beats begin to fade back in. The broken beats hit home hard and the surging walls of sub bass push the track to a big finish. Great breaks rework form Atrium Sun.

The final remix on the package comes from DJ Ceratti & Juan Pablo Graziano who are making their debut on Mistique here. The Argentinean duo have been running off some great productions on Mistique Digital, Green Snake and Deepsessions over the last few years and their remix here has gotten 2013 off to a great start as it is their first production of the year. A serious progressive groove with some well shaped bass stabs sets an energetic mood early on. Floor friendly drums and ominous synths enhance the groove as more of the melodic elements get introduced. It's a slow and steady builder which begins to really hit it's mark about three quarters of the way through with gorgeous melodic clusters painting a wonderful emotional picture that your dance floor will remember long after the night is over. A worthy set of remixes here and another solid release from Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic's Mistique Music. Release Promo Hype Chart Top 25
