ANCHOR grew out of a period of reflection — learning to separate what is truly yours from what has been placed on you by others. Expectations. Noise. Pressure.
The mix explores the tension between inner peace and external pressure — between being pulled into conflict, noise and expectations… and returning back to yourself. At its core, this mix is about grounding yourself again: finding calm in the middle of movement, emotion and intensity.

The Tiger became the symbol of this journey.
Not aggression — but grounded strength.
Standing still while the water moves around it. An anchor.

Throughout the mix, certain themes quietly return beneath the surface: tension and release, pressure and freedom, losing yourself and finding your way back again. Tracks overlap, merge and evolve together — sometimes gentle, sometimes confrontational, but always moving forward. Certain moments feel almost weightless, while others hit with full force. That contrast is intentional.

Musically, this is probably my most eclectic and story-driven journey so far: moving from melodic and organic house into darker melodic techno territory, touching faster and more physical energy before finding balance again.

This mix isn’t about escaping emotion — it’s about moving through it.
Thanks to all the artists behind the sounds that shaped this journey. Certain tracks felt less like music and more like signals arriving at exactly the right moment. Special thanks to Boris Brejcha for the reminder that sometimes it’s enough to simply be ok.
