The Berlin-based DJ and producer Mirco Niemeier is a true veteran or as he would say a pioneer. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he had the chance to listen to open minded music and so he savored to the fullest. At this time he was inspired by synthesizer sounds, 70´s &amp; 80´s, which smooth the way for electronical music.

“Percussions and atmosphere”: this is how we could sum-up the musical style of Mirco, influenced by a wide selection of producers and labels, including Andhim, Steyoyoke Recordings, Hanne &amp; Lore, Keinemusik, WellDone! Music, Super Flu &amp; Monaberry. His music is a beautiful and precise mix of the Tech-House rhythmic elements, and the atmospheric sounds of Deep-House music.

Mirco has already released a whole bunch of EPs and remixes for PlayWithUs, Style Rockets, Mangue, Symbiont-Music, Pure, Ahoi, Parquet Recordings, Finnschallplatten, DAMM and Deich Records, and the Hamburg/Bremen-based label, Der Turnbeutel. He recently launched a brand new Tech-House project in collaboration with his fellow partner Beatamines, producing together under the moniker of Ektschn!, with a first release signed on Super Flu’s label Sunset Handjob.So we can look forward to new projects, because boredom is a loanword for Mirco!

Over the years, Berlin has been cited as Oliver Koletzki’s main point of reference and, more importantly, his endless source of inspiration. His albums Großstadtmärchen and Großstadtmärchen 2 are wholehearted tributes of the German capital, as its importance is continuously hinted and charted.  Friedrichshain, one of Berlin’s vibrant districts, has always held a special place in Oliver’s heart. This is where he started out when he first moved to the city, and this is where he lives now. Kreuzberg’s wall paintings adorn Stil Vor Talent ’s cover sleeves and host their headquarters. There are little to no corners in the city that haven’t brought a spark of inspiration into the mix. The Schneeweiss compilation series, now at its seventh installment, is built as a form of tribute to all these particles, tied in together into a series of carefully curated tracks. Alberto Iovine and Alessandro Fumagalli aka Modular Project announce the launch of their new label, in partnership with Rebirth Records.
 
Born and raised between Como and Milan, Alberto and Alessandro quickly shared their love for electronic music and the great passion for vintage synths and drum machines. They started to produce together in 2012 and released on labels like OFF, Moodmusic and Perpetualis Music before joining Rebirth in 2017 with their remix of the Blond:ish classic ‘Wizard Of Love’.

The 002 is Modular Project’s first production on the label. ‘Andromeda’ is an hypnotic journey through shades of indie electronica, new wave and their signature sounds. The package comes with two strong remixes from Nhar and Tom Peters.

French house DJ-producer Kulkid and rising vocalist Kaleena Zanders have teamed up for a compelling collaboration titled 'Skyline'. Produced during a road trip through US national parks, the track conveys the excitement of travel and the raw beauty of nature. Kaleena Zanders brings the cherry on the cake with her warm and soulful voice, delivering a powerful and sentimental dimension to the song.

Kaleena Zanders had this to say on the new track: "While staying completely original, Kulkid's production in "Skyline" embodies the energy and feel of artist such as Lane 8, The Magician, Amtrac & Kidnap.  Coming from a background in vocal soul house, I felt it would be unique to show more emotion in my writing and vocal performance on a beautiful track like this."

Kaleena Zanders recently joined Mixmag, AKG and a team of exceptional artists for a wholly unique electronic music retreat in Woodstock, New York. With an emphasis on seclusion and artistic solidarity, Zanders reflected on her love of improvisation and joined some talented producers in the studio to provide powerful vocals over their tunes.
